Stayed Nov 21, 2025Everything was great! The cabin was beautiful. Having so many bathrooms was such a convenience for the group. The location was great also. There were lots of choices for food close by when we didn't want to go into the busier areas of Branson.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Beautiful view and house was very nice! Missing some nice touches to make it great! House was very big, 5 bedrooms and 7 baths! The 2 bunk rooms are only good for toddlers or very small children as the beds are not comfortable. We had one toddler and one infant. We were glad we didn't have to put anyone else in those beds. Gray chairs in the living room were very dirty, we had to put a towel on them before we could sit on them! I'm sure it was Misuse from previous renters! When replacing light bulbs now they are replacing them with frosted bulbs instead of clear when the globes are clear it makes it look funny and unmatched. It's not a big thing but it's the little touches I noticed and for the price we paid, they should match! But the big disappointment was the tv outside did not work and we were looking forward to sitting on the deck watching TV with the fireplace going with the view! When I rent a house, I rent for these added touches since I spend most of my time at the home while my family goes and site sees! The house had a hot tub, we only had a chance to use once but it was very nice! The indoor pools were small but fun. Playground was fun for our toddler. All in all, we enjoyed the location and the home, we didn't need this big of a home but it was nice to have the space. We would rent again if they get the TV outside fixed or a price adjusted for the fact that is does not work! Looks like it hasn't worked in a while so it was false advertising. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We loved the resort and the location and highly recommend the area!

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Do not book here unless you are looking forward to not being able to enjoy the outdoor space with fireplace and tv sitting area. You can't use the furniture, it's filthy from pigeon droppings. We left 3 days early because nobody could replace the cushions, or clean them. So we asked for towels and or blankets to use, and we could not even get those. I have reached out 2x now for someone to contact me about refunding the nights we didn't stay, and nobody is contacting me back. I have been incredibly tpatient and reasonable, but I guess we will go a different route since nobody will contact me to rectify this. Terribly disappointed in the whole experience.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024The Check-in process was seamless. The property was very clean, well maintained and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. We came for our daughter’s 16th birthday with some of her friends and our 10 yo son. They enjoyed the ping pong table, games, hot tub and the pool. We definitely would come back again.

Stayed Aug 12, 2024We really enjoyed our family stay. My kids 11 to 16 loved it. Played in the pool, and got some court time in. Only recommend they upgrade and replace broken pickel ball equipment. We'd definitely stay again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rent Branson was great, very responsive and took care of everything we needed. Laketopia looked just like the pics. It was very nice and new. We would probably not stay there again. It was right next to a highway and the basketball/pickleball courts. It was loud in the evening and morning when sitting on the patio trying to relax. It is also very close to the neighbors. So close you can hear their conversations. Also did not have dressers so we were living out of suitcases for 5+ days. Upstairs did not have doors on the bedrooms only sliding barn doors so didn't have the best privacy. Overall very good stay and were happy with the accommodations.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed laketopia lodge. It was clean and had tons of space for our group of 9. We enjoyed the grounds with the pool, arcade, pickleball and basketball courts. We had a mouse in the place and was easy to contact someone who promptly brought out mouse traps. The only suggestions I would make is more silverware, better coffee maker that actually brews cups, and additional cups for drinking (coffee and water). Thank you for the ease of the stay!
