The kitchen could use a few more spatulas and a working can opener. The king bed in the back of the house is rather hard but the rest of the beds were fine

We booked this property based on its location to CMU as our son attends and plays football there and it was a home game. It was ideal for him to come back and forth fromCampus. We had our family of 6 and the property had plenty of space for all of us. Parking is tricky we could only park one vehicle in the driveway and it’s super close to the neighbors and the road parking was all full including in front of the house making it tough for a second car. Both TVs were in rough shape and had lines and grain through the screens when trying to watch college football. The place is updated but the amenities are worn like shower curtains that barely worked, cheap bedding that would keep the fitted sheets on cooking supplies that were a little hodgepodge. Overall it was okay but I think it’s a bit overpriced. Communication was great with host and if you need a quick weekend it would be fine.

Property was as described, however both TVs are hard to watch because of lines. Not sure if it was cable related. Bedroom door stuck which woke people up when opened and closed. This property could use a good cleaning. Thank you for your hospitality. Property was conveniently located.

Great place to stay for a group during the Tour De Vineyards. Our group rides the Tour in Palisade or Tour of the Moon in Grand Junction nearly every year. This was a nice location, plenty of bedrooms, spacious living rooms and terrific backyard for gatherings at dinner. It has two full bathrooms, so sharing was fine for the weekend. Might've been tight for a longer period of time. Large, green walking park a block away which is also a cool bonus for strolling after dinner.

We had a great time at this location. The host was so kind and helpful. We utilized this space for a family reunion and had three generations of adults there, and everyone had plenty of space to come together and to have our own space as well.

House was nice and accommodated 5 guys on motorcycles well. Enough room in driveway for truck, trailer, and 5 bikes. Neighborhood was quiet. We probably made more noise than the neighbors. We grilled and it worked fine. TV in the basement had an issue and we couldn’t use it, but we were mostly together anyway and the living room was just fine. Access to our daily rides from house proved a good central location to our plans. Hostess was accommodating and responsive.

Great effort was made to update the home. It was comfortable for us. The only reason I would hesitate to use it again was the swamp cooler. Instead of running constantly at a low speed, cycled off and on with great force of air; making it hard to hear conversations and sleep on the main floor.

This was a great location, close to everything! Although, the house was not as clean as we were expecting. There were cigarettes in the back yard and we had young kids staying. Also, the refrigerator went out so we did not have a place to keep food cold.

HOT is how our stay was. Listing said AC, no AC but a swomp cooler- not the same thing. 100 degrees in GJ and 80-85 in the house. Property manager stopped by and offered portable fans. Nancy apologized for the error. The house next door is very run down, very tall grass and the gentleman sat in his diesel truck with it running for 4 hours the first night. The HOT house was then full of diesel smell. Very disappointed. The owner gave a credit of 200 of the 1000 paid- quite miserable stay. House needs a good cleaning and maintenance out back. Rotting wood and peeling paint.
