Amenities were great. We had lots of room for kids and grandchildren. Text the host and they sent maintenance man over and he fixed the problem.

We rented this house back in 2021for our Christmas vacation and had to come back this past Christmas. Such a nice and spacious place. The whole family was very comfortable. About 20 minutes from Keystone and Breckenridge. The views are amazing. Highly recommend this House if you have a big family or family & Friends . We will be back again

We stayed at this home over Thanksgiving with four families. On paper, the house is impressive: very large, located in a great area and offers appealing amenities such as indoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna. The size allowed our group to stay together, which was the primary reason we booked. The management company also deserves credit—they were responsive, apologetic, and made genuine efforts to help, including coordinating with local pest control.Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. For the premium nightly price, the number and severity of issues were disappointing. The most serious problem was a raccoon infestation. Raccoons living in the walls and ceiling of one guest bedroom, entering through an improperly sealed pet door that opened into an interior wall. Once temperatures dropped, they remained there for over 48 hours, creating constant scratching, thumping, and fighting noises throughout the night. Sleep was impossible, and strong odors from their waste spread through the vents. The bedroom became uninhabitable and had to be vacated, and the issue was not fully resolved before checkout. Beyond that, the home shows clear deferred maintenance that feels inappropriate for this price point. The kitchen faucet is loose and unsecured, dirty dishes and utensils found upon arrival, a cabinet was poorly repaired, mold on bathroom ceilings, spider webs present throughout home, ice maker didn’t work, the sauna stopped working during our stay and very drafty windows

This property was absolutely perfect for my sister’s bachelorette celebration! It was incredibly spacious, with plenty of rooms and beds to comfortably accommodate all of our guests. While we couldn't figure out how to turn on the pool’s rain shower and the water was a bit chilly, everything else exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this mountain house over Christmas! The spa room was the highlight—it felt like a private retreat with the steam room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and lap pool. The property was clean, well-appointed, and perfectly cozy for the holiday season. The beautiful mountain views and thoughtful amenities made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Booked home specifically for the pool having 9 young adults for a family ski vacation. Weeks prior to our stay Management company AdvantStay notified me pool would not be working. They offered no refund so I replied that it was the only reason we booked the house so then they gave me 3% refund which I didn't feel that was an appropriate amount but felt backed into a corner so close to our stay w/13 people. Day before our stay notified me one of the dishwasher was broken and they would not have time to fix it before we arrived. Once we arrived the amount of broken items was endless!!! Microwave out of order, numerous windows broken, cracked, could not be opened, numerous outlets did not work, recliner chairs did not work, Kitchen Fume extractor broken, pull out couch broken, home theater system display only no sound, many cabinet doors almost falling off or very hard to even open. They even had labels printed on several thing OUT OF ORDER so clearly its common practice. I emailed them our 2nd day to let them know of all the items broken and requested an additional refund and they told me no contract says no refunds on broken items. i had 10 other houses with all the same amenities except the pool and we all opted to pay the extra for it! I contacted the owner twice to let him know about my dealings with his management company and have yet to receive any response. Have never complained about a VRBO in all my years booking but this was terrible!

This is a beautiful house and with a beautiful view which we have enjoyed and the best part of this eatate. 3 of the bedrooms are very small but was okay. HOWEVER, We booked through VRBO and have been unable to get any feed back or answers as to why? The host will never prove answers to any questions ! The host refers me to Avantstay for all answers which leaves us confused & with so many questions (why not VER. When booking our stay at this estate we booked it for ALL THE AMENITIES we were told it had. We were not told of all the things that were not available unfairly until hours before our arrival. Only told of a few things which is still unfair. We had many houses we could have picked from months in advance and when arriving early we tried to permission from the host to check in but he would not answer in a timely manner nor would verbo! Left us out in the cold! This is not a fair way to do business! After we finally got in the house after check in time we could only could get two of our three vehicles in the garage because of all the stuff along the walls. Along with the Sauna and pool out of order. We noticed that the 2nd hot tub was not even full of water, and one oven was out of order. A day after setting in when trying to play regular pool we couldn’t because pool balls were missing! We also reported a mouse in the pool area that was never removed. The day we left the hot tub guy showed up to fix (wireup) the hot tub!

This is more than a house. This was our first VRBO stay and it exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and the location is exceptional. Our family of 11 felt that everyone had their own space yet it was cozy with a great family area. From the indoor swimming pool, spa and steam room to a cozy fire while it snowed outside, it was a beautiful family vacation home. Ian (the Host) is exceptionally responsive and has afforded the home with most everything needed including firewood. We all agreed that this was one of the best vacations we've shared and in large part to the beautiful home.
