Stayed Mar 29, 2026This was a great house. It was clean and spacious. Shawn and Jeeves took care of any issues right away. There is no game room but there is plenty to do around the resort. A great time was had by all our family.

Stayed Dec 16, 2024Overall, we had a very good stay. There were a few issues with broken dining room chairs and a lounger, but the property management company took care of issues promptly. The location within a 5 minute walk of the clubhouse could not be beat. Very solid option for a large group vacation.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Our Family Trip to Cancun was cancelled because of Hurricane Beryl. Overall, we did not regret our quick change of plans to Orlando. We were happy to find an available VRBO to accomodate our family last minute. When checking in, we interrupted the concierge on lunch break and we were not greeted in a friendly manner. Our door entry code didnt work because a number was burned out on the keypad. The house is nice, but backs to a busy, loud street. We had no hot water for the first 2 days in half the house...including kitchen and most bedrooms. Of course, the kids loved the pool and waterpark. It was wonderful to have a safety gate put up for the kids around the pool! It was also great to have pack n plays, highchairs and strollers available. Pleased that it was so kid friendly! Six lounge chairs were pictured in the home description, however there were only 4 for a house that accomodates 24. We did receive 2 more the next day. The large tables indoor and outdoor were great! It was a rough start, but we had great response to our requests. Just wish we didnt have to ask for things that were expected...

Stayed Jul 6, 2023We arrived to your beautiful home and we loved it! It was gorgeous! Everyone enjoyed the pool and the Club and the water park. The entire neighborhood was beautiful. Shawn, Thank you for all your help. This was a dream of mine since I was a child and it never happen. To do this with my family was very Special. So, you helped too with giving us a safe place in a home away from home making wonderful memories that will last forever.❤️

Stayed Apr 7, 2022I originally rented another property which I was told on day of arriving that the house was sold. Came across this property on Thursday April 7th and was able to check in that same day. Owner was prompt and friendly causing me and my two sister to have an amazing bday weekend. Thank you!
