Stayed Jan 24, 2026The house was lovely. Lots of space with cozy bedrooms and a great TV setup in the basement. The view of the ski resort was lovely. The in-unit washer and dryer was also a great touch.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025The moment we walked through the door we were so amazed at this beautiful property, everything was so beautiful staying in this home! My whole family was super comfortable and loved everything about this property especially sitting on the porch and enjoying the summer breeze. Reed was a lovely host and was very communicative about everything! Thank you for our little vacation away from the city! Would love to come back!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had a wonderful experience with this property owner. The house was so comfortable and beautiful. It has been well cared for and is in the heart of Granby Ranch. We were close to Grand Lake and found things to do all around us. We also had deer come thru the backyard to visit at dusk!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023This VRBO property exceeded all of our expectations. The location is spectacular with views of the mountain from the porch and hiking trails less than a block away. The neighborhood is exceedingly clean and safe. The property looks like it is either new contrition or was just refurbished. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked. There was so much room to spread out, between the three bedrooms (each with its own bath) and two large living areas. The owner was very easy to work with and even recommended a couple hiking trails for us. I highly recommend this property!!
