Granbury's Luxurious 'Abbey Manor'. Walk to Historic Square

It was the perfect place for family ilo of hotel for a wedding at nearby venue. The ladies could leave to get dressed while men took time. Plus had time to fellowiship in mornings and evening ilo of noisy restaurant or hotel lobby. Great stay to be with out of town family.

We certainly enjoyed our 4th of July weekend stay at Abby Manor! Host Nancy has thought of everything. Ample supply of towels, comfortable beds and linens. Plenty of cookware, dinnerware and spices. Great location although since it rained allWeekend we didn't attempt to walk downtown. Note: all bedrooms are upstairs. Someone mentioned stairs are steep but we are in our mid and late 60's and had no issues. The steps are small but I don't think steep. Great handrail.There were 4 adults and 2 kids but this place is big enough to accommodate more. Two masters upstairs along with two rooms with twin beds. There is also a Queen bed downstairs in the study which is nice but no shower downstairs, only a really cute powder room.Nancy was a great host and we felt like royalty in Abby Manor and made sweet family memories together here. We know you will, too.

This was our 2nd time renting this house for us to work the Granbury Wine Walk. The location is perfect for us and it is comfortable.

The home was exactly as advertised. Convenient location, but not within walking distance to the square.

Our second stay and couldn't have been better. Beautiful house, well managed. Family was in town for funeral for our elderly dad, granddad, and great-granddad. Plenty of space to gather before and after to visit with kinfolk. Excellent host thinks of everything.

Three generations from 6-73 had a blast. We appreciated the Christmas decorations as well. The house was very clean and prepared for our visit. There was plenty of room to spread out and be involved in various activities. We walked downtown each day to see the lights and enjoy the season.Oh, and the two trees out back!I wouldn't be a bit surprised if we have a repeat in the future. Thanks for a grand time in a grand house.

My family and I love spending time in Granbury before Christmas. This home the Abbey Manor was perfect. We’ll book it again for next year!

The entire property was pristine ~ from the perfectly manicured lawn to every aspect inside. The elegant decor throughout was an added bonus. We filled every bed and we never felt over crowded. The kitchen supplied everything we needed to prepare meals onsite. Just a short walk to an excellent Town Square, hiking trails and the lake. Hosts were very responsive. Will definitely sray again!

Had a great stay; excellent house; well maintained and managed; beautiful yard; plenty of room for everyone. We'll stay again the next time in Granbury.

It was the perfect house for a group of senior ladies on a weekend getaway! It was a great location although a little far from the square to walk. But we had no problem finding a parking place. We loved the house and we all had a great time!

We are returning renters and enjoy the house and location. Great communication and great amenities.

Lovely property and location was great! Stairs are winding and steep (as older homes are) but some of our group had slight mobility issues. We should have thought about that when booking. Lots of space in the living area and den - the piano was a pleasant surprise! A few things to note - property was difficult to find at night - very narrow driveway entrance and dark area. No lights on the front exterior or street lights. Even sidewalk path lights would help to see the home. Seems that pest control had been there recently as there were lots of dead bugs. (Much better than live ones!!) You may want to find a time when no guests are expected so they could be removed after spraying. We also had a skunk in the driveway when returning at night. He sprayed a warning but we don’t blame him. We scared him as much as he scared us! Would stay there again if in the area! Peaceful and quiet retreat close to park and downtown square. Thank you!

The property was well maintained and clean! We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

Loved our stay at this wonderful home. Super easy check in and access to keys to get in. House was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked with all amenities. Will definately stay at this home again if webare back in Granbury.
