Graceful Casita

The owners were fantastic--best communication I've had with a short term rental. Some reviews complain about no grocery nearby, but there is a Mexican Grocery Store right around the corner that has absolutely everything you need--in fact their meat counter is way better than the typical HEB. We used the house to attend a Longhorn Football game and it was a straight shot down MLK to get to the stadium. Again, the hosts were extremely responsive and were very accommodating and easy to work with.

Everything was wonderful. The home is a bit of a drive to happening places but worth the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

The Property is in excellent condition and well maintained. It was just what we needed for our short stay in Austin. The reaponses with the propert were prompt and I had all the info I needed prior to checkin.

The property is exactly as advertised. Beautiful and clean and lovely with a fine back yard. I’m sure it was a busy weekend for the owner managers. We had to ask for complete check in information as it was not provided as committed. We had some issues with internet linking to the TV and the host did not respond with guidance. We struggled to understand the UI on the thermostat and we did not bother to ask. If the operational issues were fixed I would heartily recommend the property

We were in town for my granddaughter to participate in the stock show. This location was perfect because we were able to go back and forth without having to be in a lot of traffic. The home was very nice, clean and in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Our only issue was with the internet, which the host was able to fix quickly once he was made aware of. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was so clean and comfy and close to the airport and COTA. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Was a great stay!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood not far from Austin and conveniently located less than 20 minutes from the airport. We appreciated the nice dining table, kitchen and washer/dryer. The three bedrooms upstairs worked well for our family and we always found parking right out front. We plan to stay here again!

Overall very impressed with the property! It is about 30 minutes from downtown so that was a bit frustrating, but the house and amenities were perfect. We had everything we needed to have a nice getaway weekend in Austin!

This is a perfect place to stay if you want a quiet setting yet close to all the action of Austin. You will not be disappointed and the host is very quick to respond.

Great place to stay for me and my family! We came in for a football game while Mississippi state played Univ of Texas. We had a great time and the house is wonderful!

This was a nice and clean home about 15 minutes from the Circuit of Americas. We went to a race and it was an easy commute. House was clean and well appointed. Would stay again.
