🌡️ Pool heat (optional, $150 per stay)

Pool heating works best April–November. On Miami's cooler days (usually December–March) the heat-exchange system may not reach full temperature, so we'll give you an honest heads-up on the forecast before you add it.

1. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.

2. Water temperature tops out at 95°F.

3. The heater has a safety shut-off that pauses it briefly when it's working hard in cold weather.

4. If you choose to heat the pool in cold weather and it doesn't reach your desired temperature, we're unable to refund the heating fee.

- Turn burners off after use

- Close the propane tank fully

- Let it cool with the lid open

- Never store propane tanks indoors



🛒 Good to know

- Self-catering home: we leave a small welcome kit to get you started, and there's a supermarket nearby for everything else.

- Trash: please place trash in the plastic storage bench outside daily.

- Housekeeping: the home is professionally cleaned before check-in with fresh sheets and towels. There's no daily housekeeping, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.

- Packages: USPS often won't deliver to vacation homes, so please ship with UPS, FedEx or DHL. We can't be responsible for lost or returned packages.

- Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM

- Children supervised near the pool at all times

- Primary renter must be 25+

- Please treat the home with care: extra cleaning or repairs caused by damage may be charged.
