Stayed Aug 10, 2024Our second time staying here because we love the house and the location. So easy to get to from 75. Close to a marina. Driveway has lots of easy parking. No steep drives or steps to the lake.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024Overall this house was the perfect fit for our family. The lake access was manageable for our older parents. It was nice having our own boat dock. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook each night. The only thing we would have liked was to have additional blankets. Some of the bedrooms were cold at night, I would suggest bringing additional comforters/blankets.

Stayed Oct 16, 2022The house was perfect for the week of our daughter’s wedding. Very beautiful and roomy. We had a magnificent time during the week. Property manager was quick to respond to a few minor issues/questions. Highly recommend for large groups gathering to make great memories.

Stayed Sep 3, 2022This property was amazing for our family gathering. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out, the outdoor spaces were great, the slope to the dock was the best we've had at Norris Lake and the onsite boat launch was an added perk. The house is impressive and the location on a quiet cove was great for swimming. We have made our reservations for next year!

Stayed Mar 18, 2022House was lovely. However, when we arrived there were wet towels in the washing machine. The basement had no heat and in one the showers upstairs the water was slow going down. We had to use a small space heater in the basement. We still enjoyed the stay.

Stayed Dec 18, 20211. Many rooms had zero light bulbs working. 2. Drains in sinks were so slow that you would to shut off water. 3. Heat and air malfunctioning entire trip. I had to reset breakers multiple times. So heat would turn off. 4. We had to go to Walmart to get batteries for TV remotes. Then had to Google how to program TV remotes to TV because remotes were not pre-programmed. All these are small issues but changing light bulbs in master bathroom, pantry, side porch and down stairs closet. Dealing with clogged sinks. Getting up in middle of night to flip breakers for heat. Going to store to get batteries for TV remotes . Are things that should already be handled for price charged.
