    The location was excellent for the range of activities we wanted to do. The unit was clean and well presented, though the state of the vertical blinds at night made it more difficult to sleep. However, the bed was great and amenities were more than enough for our needs.

    We wanted a walkable location with easy access to downtown Vancouver. This was it! The property was clean, close to so many things, and had a really comfortable bed. The kitchen was a bit basic but fine as we didn’t plan to cook a lot, and it had all the necessary items. We appreciated keeping our mornings easy, and the grocery store was just two blocks away. Easy access to False Creek Ferries, the sea wall, Stanley Park, Granville Island and a lot more. The property management team was very helpful. The unit tends to be a bit stuffy, but there was a fan in the bedroom. This was a perfect “in city” rental.

    Overall, the property is immaculate. Clean, modern, with all the amenities available for your stay. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is enough space for 2 people. However, the second bedroom is only a mattress on the floor. Property is close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and the aqua bus to take you to Granville. The assigned parking space is awkward, so don't rent a large vehicle if you plan on doing so. There are quiet hours (10pm to 8am), but apparently, that doesn't apply to the permanent residence as the neighbor to the left plays LOAD music early in the morning and pass 10pm. That was the only dowmfall about this property. Checkin and communication with property management is all done via email or text.

    The property was very clean and lived up to expectations in most ways. It's convenient to a lot of locations. A couple of coffee mugs were broken/chipped. There were no non-perishable kitchen condiments (e.g. salt, pepper), but we appreciated finding coffee there, and replaced it with a new bag when we left. The sofa was slightly broken when we arrived and the attempt to fix it (initiated by the manager) didn't do much, but it was still okay, just squeaky to sit in. We were careful not to make it worse. Bed was very comfortable. Slightly noisy due to street and bike path proximity, but since the bedrooms are at the back, it wasn't much of an issue. No soap in the shower/bath, so we left some.

    i had made attempts to contact the person who initially sent me the rental agreement, but after getting no response, i texted the property contact listed on the agreement, and everything went very smoothly from that point forward. the street-level apartment was spacious (better for 2-3 people instead of just 1), spotless, and in a great location near the seawall, Sunset Beach Park, and a stop on the 23 bus line. master bath furnishings are beautiful, but not a lot of counter space for toiletries, nor a soap tray in the shower. everything else was excellent - great kitchen and appliances, comfy bed, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was a huge plus!

    Our host was so friendly and helpful from the very beginning! It was clean and easy to get around. The only issue we had was the air conditioning. There was a small unit in the living room but we couldn’t leave it running at night because we weren’t comfortable leaving the window open with the amount of people walking/biking in the front of the apartment and the sliding glass door was also an issue with using the unit in the bedroom. It was very warm and it wasn’t a comfortable temperature to sleep. And one more thing that’s just a suggestion would be new pillows. The ones there are very old and flat.

    This was an absolute perfect for our trip. The unit was spotless and was in a perfect location for us to explore the city! Would stay here again for sure !!

    The condo was very nice, very clean, but VERY basic. I was disappointed that there was no regular cable just to check the news etc, had to go online to find anything. the furnishings were functional but minimal. Some side tables and a comfy chair would have gone a long way. the bed was very comfortable. A few spices i.e. salt and pepper pouches would have been appreciated. I did not appreciate having to take out the refuse, I paid a decent amount and don't expect to be required to clean. Also, a couple of lawn chairs out on the patio in the back would have been nice. Overall a nice place but very basic.

    We really loved the bike lane right outside the place, the water is directly behind the condo; water bus and beaches within a couple minute walk, we even loved the aquatic center a few minutes away. Market was also walkable which was nice. Place was super clean and modern with everything we needed.

    Slight miscommunication with the check in process but Rich addressed it promptly. Rental unit was very clean and had exactly what we needed. Location was close to transit spots and the nearby grocery store was very handy. Neighborhood felt safe in the evening and had many walking paths. We would highly recommend this site and would rent it again. Thank you!
