Stayed Jan 4, 2026Nice relaxing place on a deep canal. The house was comfortable and we spent several days enjoying the dock and pool. My son and his friend hooked into tarpon, snook, catfish and snapper. The pool was really warm and usable despite it being January. Neighborhood is safe and clean.

Stayed Feb 19, 2023This property is one of the best we have stayed at in Cape Coral. It is located in a very nice area of town where it is very quiet. Both the interior and the exterior living areas are excellent for vacationing. The house itself is well equipped, very clean and has an authentic Florida feel to it that we loved. But, the exterior living area is outstanding. The pool and lanai area are beautiful with both an eating space and a more casual hangout area. The property along the canal is equally enjoyable with a large open dock area and a small tiki hut style sitting area. We enjoyed coffee each morning sitting along the canal where the boat traffic is minimal and the views are awesome. Overall, this seems to be a very friendly area of Cape Coral where people say hello and make you feel welcomed. We hope to return to this property next year. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and was most helpful. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy this property!

Stayed Apr 16, 2022Definitely a great family getaway. Loved the tropical backyard setting and pool. Sitting at the dock at night was one of my favorites... Home is spacious and well equipped with all amenities needed. Worth a return trip.

Stayed Feb 5, 2022We had a wonderful 3 week stay. The owner was quick to reply to a couple of small concerns, certainly nothing major. Kitchen was well stocked, towels and bedding were of high quality. Booked for next year already.
