Gorgeous Water View, Private Boat Ramp, Dock w/Lounging Area & Many Amenities

We appreciated the attention to making a stay with our dogs extra easy - bowls, covers for furniture, toys and even a crate. The updates made to the house since our last stay are great, and the new dock is wonderful. Only idea for further improvements: gates on the deck to keep the pups secure. We were so pleased with our stay - the house was clean, functional, comfortable and spacious.

We have stayed in several VRBOs.. this place/hostess blew us away. We have never stayed in a place where every possible need was anticipated the way it was here. EVERY storage space was labeled as to contents. Bedrooms were outfitted with lighted mirrored vanity space complete with electrical hookups and detailed for hot hair tools.Every fan and light switch was labeled for success. Even the coffee machine has step by step instructions. The location and view were both beautiful. Due to guests coming and going throughout the week, we slept in every single bed in the house, and let me tell you… there is not one bad bed in the house. Are you a dog owner? Boy, are you in for a treat! Stephanie provides a very large dog crate and two big stainless steel bowls, a roll of poop bags, a bag of dog treats, sheets to cover furniture, and rags for dirty paws. Your dog can run, explore, and play until they fall asleep because the entire back yard is fenced down to the water. The new dock is beautiful and the seating is comfortable and ample. This may very likely be the best VRBO experience you have.

For a family that loves the water this was the perfect getaway. We fished, we floated, and we boated then repeated! Weather was wonderful and appreciated all the little touches the property had to offer- paddle boards and floating mat were highlights. Stephanie was also great about communicating with us. Would highly recommend!

SBH is the perfect property for a family gathering on the lake. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and stress free. Communication is excellent--friendly, helpful, and super responsive! All the extra little touches and attention to detail makes this an unparalleled rental. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying at this VRBO and we will be returning again. The location is prime and the house (and related amenities) make the visit feel more like coming home.

What a wonderful vacation! The home and property is so peaceful and an amazing place to unwind and relax. The kitchen is well stocked and a great place to make your holiday meal. The owners are very nice and make you feel very welcome. I recommend the property and the Lake Murray area to everyone.

Our family stayed at this beautiful property in Chapin, SC, while we were house hunting, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The house was exactly as described—well maintained, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The level lakefront lot was ideal for our children, providing easy access to the water and a great outdoor space for family fun. Everything we needed to settle in and feel at home was provided, making our stay effortless. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms and thoughtful details throughout, the owner has truly created a welcoming environment. We loved the serene lake views, and the property’s setup made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay on Lake Murray.

We had an amazing time. Stephanie, out host, was amazing very helpful with restaurants, and answering questions that came about. This house leaves nothing to want, it was loaded inside and out. When I say they thought of everything, I mean everything. The lake was easily accessible and the area around the dock was clean for swimming and paddle boards. Home was very clean and in a great location. Easy access to restaurants ( highly recommend El Poblano, Higher Ground and 518 Smoke House) you won't regret it. Overall 5 stars, will definitely be back here. Thanks for a great vacation.

This house was perfect for us to stay in while visiting friends that live on the lake. The hosts were very communicative and the house was well stocked (for just about any need- including those of pets). Would highly recommend this property!
