Kym, the host was awesome! She reached out right after we booked and touched base a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. She went above and beyond at the house making us feel welcomed. It was by far one of the cleanest houses we've ever rented . The house has absolutely everything that you would need. And it is absolutely Cute as a Dickens. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful location on the water with a deck, fishing boat, kayaks, and a paddle boat. The house had everything we needed to cook dinners and a great spot to eat outside.

We enjoyed our family getaway at Hutchins Lake, especially fishing, going to the sandbar, and sharing family meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to prepare meals and the hostess is very welcoming and had surprises for us. The cottage is wonderful and provides space for all. A wonderful place for vacations.

From the WOWSA sense of arrival to the personalization of the surprising little goodies Kym so well thought to scatter around the Dickens house to the precious mid-50's tchotchkes at every turn to the well-appointed and very comfortable beds, our stay was lovely. Kym bent over backwards and then some for us in so many ways; she is a rare host. We shall return!!

2 Boomers had glimpses of childhood, yet with updated Creature Comforts (W/D, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, flatscreens TVs, Wi-Fi, hair dryer) Our responsive host insured it was clean and comfy! Great for families or duos, we toured a winery, Lighthouse, lavender farm, Commemorative Poppy Field, Car Show & Cherry Orchard. Nearby Holland, South Haven, Saugatuck & Fennville offer a variety of spas, boutiques, restaurants & entertainment. The spacious lakeside cottage has a grill, dock, pedal & row boats, life jackets & tubes, fire pit with seating, board games, movies plus a children’s Play Fort. S’more’s ingredients & a large binder guide to area attractions were a welcoming touch! Two porches, kitchen and dining tables are dining options for takeout or prepped meals from a fully-equipped kitchen. Sleeping space for up to 8 includes bunk beds, sleeper sofa, King & Double beds, Pack ‘N Play. Bring a rod & reel, adapters-chargers, night light, books, bait and fishing license. You’ll find it a hoot to stay at the Cute!

We loved staying at Cute as the Dickens cottage. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood and just steps from a large, clear water lake. We had six people in our group and had plenty of space with lots of comfy furniture and areas to relax and enjoy. I loved the retro style, which was homey and well-cared for. A few family photos hanging on the wall shared some history of how much this cottage was loved. We were greeted with black and brown cows upon arrival, which was appreciated after traveling all day! Husband and kids caught fish in front of the house. They used the kayaks and paddle boat several times. My son played basketball everyday. We cooked meals in an inviting, clean and well-stocked kitchen and played games around the tables every night. The surrounding towns, beaches, restaurants, and shopping opportunities were endless. Kym provides a binder with all kinds of local attractions that was very helpful. We sat around the firepit and made s'mores one night (thanks to Kym who provided the ingredients and roasting sticks). The firepit was litterally a few feet away from the lake - it was beautiful! I already miss waking up to the gorgeous lake views, watching the family of swans, listening to the cardinals and drinking my morning coffee. Kym and her daughter Robyn were attentive, friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. We are already planning another trip back! Thank you!
