Gorgeous Vacation Home, Easy Beach Access, Incredible Ocean Views!

My company does this every year for an annual conference. As such, we always ensure their is a hot tub, which included this property. The hot tub was not working, and called on Monday to tell the property manager. Did not hear back from them, ever, so called again on Thursday (might have been Wed), and they said they would call back when the maintenance person would be going. Still waiting for that call. There also is no lighting back there, so BYOL. Then, the door code did not work, had to call and they gave me clearly what was the prior code, which worked (but, then I had to contact the rest of my party to let them know). The bbq grill is a fire hazard as all rusted, including the specific burner used for lighting was rusted all the way through, so had to buy BBQ instead of grilling. There is no bathroom or door for the third floor bedroom, and the bed there has issues with support as you can see with the mark underneath it. The spiral staircase also needs the steps fixed, as that is an injury waiting to happen. Lastly, the place lacks the usual household supplies other vacation rentals have, such as tinfoil, plastic wrap, cooking oil, and spices (except salt and pepper). On the plus side, very nice location.

Hot tub was disgusting. Contacted management who sent someone 2 days later. It was scrubbed with the sponge left behind and still smelled terrible. No curtain in the room facing the street. Asked for assistance, was told it would be fixed if possible. It was not fixed. Got a message from the management after midnight. Location is great.

The check in process was very simple and the house was great. Upon arrival, there were a few cleanliness issues and we sent photos to the property manager right away. There was a razor left by a previous guest on a stool, a dress left on the deck, and the hot tub was green. Otherwise, we could tell the property had been cleaned. Our biggest issue is that the listing shows photos of the hot tub, which is why we chose this particular property, but upon arrival we were told it doesn’t work and can’t be fixed during our stay. This was really disappointing for our group. Overall, I would stay at this property again if the hot tub was working as advertised.

Not the cleanest or the dirtiest but it was a bit gross to find pee stains under the sheet. Pulled off the bedding when leaving and found some nice pee spots on the pad.

Loved our stay! House was perfect for our large family. Would definitely stay again!

House was very neat and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We were disappointed the hot tub was not working, but we were refunded for this. There is no washer and dryer available in the house. We were surprised by this as any other house we have rented has had a washer and dryer, and we wrongly assumed this one would as well.

Wonderful 3 story home with nice amenities. Beach just a short walk away. Enclosed deck was amazing for our toddlers. A little smaller than the pictures make it look but we still had no issues hanging out in the living room/enough seating. Should have brought baby gates to block the toddlers into the living/dining room. They had a lot of great touches (paper plates, plastic cups/cups, outlet plugins all over the house, comfortable furniture, nice updated bathrooms/bath to wash off sandy toddlers, nice amount of dishes/cooking supplies... And so on! Was lovely!

This home was perfect for my group. The location was perfect. I wish the hot tub work properly and the BBQ grill was rusted out other than it was a great experience

The house was great and in a wonderful location. Would rent it again.
