Stayed Jun 12, 2024Close to Orange County Convention Center. Was down for volleyball tournament. Grocery store close by, nice pool area

Stayed Jun 29, 2023The property was not terribly clean. The floors definitely had not been washed and the white woodwork and doors had visible layers of dust on them. The areas that were carpeted were disgusting. One of the 8 toilet paper rolls provided looked like it had been dropped into water and dried. The manager did send someone the next day, which was appreciated. However, when a customer pays a hefty cleaning fee, you expect it to be well-cleaned. There were also many nicks and dings in the paint and the stove/oven was wobbly. This place was fine but I wouldn't rent it again.

Stayed Mar 22, 2023This was a nice place for our family to stay while we attended a conference. Plenty og bathrooms to shower, quiet community, able to walk to a nearby drugstore to purchase a few things, near plenty of stores and activities, suited our needs well.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had an issue with a shower leaking large hole in ceiling below the shower that had been patched earlier. Needed Attention ASAP. They pretty much let it go

Reviewer Comments: The quality and cleanliness of this unit was better than most others I've stayed at Vista Cay. As with the other units, I wish it had a little more ammenities like more than one towel for the kitchen, a dish rag would have been nice, etc. It is close to the road so it can sometimes get a little noisy.
