Gorgeous, Thoughtfully Designed Seaside Luxury Home, Very Close to Beach Access!

The location of this house was excellent. The house had everything we needed, was very cute and was a perfect layout for 2 families! We would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful home for a family of 5. Our college aged kids loved being close to the Prom and downtown area, while our high school aged son loved the proximity to the beach. A wonderful trip on a great, sunny weekend!

This beautiful house was conveniently located close to the beach and town, great parking, very clean, with great amenities and was easy to check in and access the property. The host was readily available to answer questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was OK, but does have a number of things that need to be fixed (I've communicated this to the property management company). The main issue I had was that they did not disclose on their booking site that you can only park 2 cars on the property and street parking is not allowed for vacation rentals in the city of Seaside. The first time I was notified of this was 48 hours before my rental began. This was very inconvenient for my group of 3 couples driving from different cities. Had I known this upfront, I would not have selected this house.

Pros- Clean, quiet, 2 blocks to the broad walk area and short walk to the beach. Cons-The shades in some of the bedroom did not block out any light from top so woke up around 5/6am. The bbq was not great/functioning so had to use the oven instead. Would not stay here again.

The house is beautiful-clean and comfy. Perfect for three couples. Each couple having a lovely bedroom and their own bathroom was fantastic. We found the house immaculate and everything we could possibly need was provided. Loved, Loved, Loved our time there. Can’t wait to return. Thank you.

Had to call property management on 1 small issue & that was taken care of immediately. The 10:00 AM check out is a bit early & we were approved for a 11:00 check out which helped immensely!

We had a wonderful time in Seaside. It only took a few minutes to walk to the beach. The house is cute inside and has everything we needed for a fun stay. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed during the Seaside volleyball tournament - this place was great. It was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would stay here again - great proximity to the beach.

House is perfect for 3 couples or a Family/Friends get away. The home has charm at every corner. The 3 en-suite bathrooms make it especially desirable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the location cannot be beat……just steps from the Promenade along the beach. We would stay again.

Stay was great. Super nice place. The “fees” beyond the nightly rate are always a serious Concern.

Cute and super clean beach house! Great location just a short walk to the beach. We used it as a home base to explore the northern coast. So wonderful to have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry for post adventure. The keypad was a little testy but they responded right away to help us troubleshoot and it was no big deal. Would definitely stay again or recommend to a friend!

Home is beautifully decorated. Everything you need is provided, especially the kitchen. Great communication.
