The house is beautifully decorated, has a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for all. We enjoyed relaxing conversations on the screened deck and family fun in the large game room. The location is convenient for the kids to bike to the boardwalk and shops. The realty company was very friendly, helpful and kept us informed about the weather. The owners thought of everything in this lovely home and we appreciated the welcome gift and kind note. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The house was excellent with plenty of very comfortable space for all, extremely clean, very nicely decorated, stocked with plenty of nice amenities for everything we needed, all in a very nice and convenient community. Our agent and the realtor were phenomenal, promptly answering many questions and with our agent giving us great local tips that enhanced our trip immeasurably. The owners also left us a nice note and welcome gifts which was thoughtful and a very nice touch. I highly recommend this house and realtor.

The home is beautiful with large open space in the living areas, kitchen, family room and deck. Nice, spacious bedrooms, enough bathrooms for all to share without crowding. Home was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Game room was a hit too! Tortuga house is in a great development with two community swimming pools, great walkability among the tree lined streets, as well as in close proximity to trails, shopping and beach areas.

The kitchen is fully stocked with items we all use every day. We loved being able to eat dinner together (all 10 of us) in the large dining room. The screened in decks were great for relaxing in the evening! And the basement! My young nephew was begging to leave the beach, pool and Waterpark all to go back to the house so he could play ping pong, pool and watch movies on the large TV. We can't wait for our next family vacation in this beautiful home!

Such a gorgeous and spacious house for our family to stay for the week! We thoroughly enjoyed the game room downstairs when it was raining outside! Very clean!!

Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our 4 generation family however the fact that we couldn’t check in before 3 and HAD to be out by 10 was extremely irritating. Not being able to check in before 3 causes us to get caught up in extremely bad traffic and lose the day. The extended deck was a nice addition and the ping pong table provided hours of entertainment. The basement toilet had a moldy ring around it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.

Literally perfect. House is equipped with absolutely everything and is beyond stunning inside and out! Plenty of room for multigenerational family, in laws and furry friends. Best vacation spot from beginning to end.

This is a very well maintained very well equipped home with good service. The only concern was trash removal which was immediately resolved by providing an extra receptacle.

What a fantastic home! The pictures do not do it justice on the absolute gigantic size of this house. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to bike to beach. Great amenities on the grounds if you don't want to venture out for the day.

Our family is made up of 6 adults & 5 children between the ages of 6 to 13 so there was plenty of space for all. The kids stayed in the lower lever for the most part and thoroughly enjoyed the space. We would recommend installing a large TV in the great room with the fireplace so the adults could gather in this wonderful space and watch their programs. Overall, we'd highly recommend renting this extremely comfortable and spacious property!!
