This beautiful three level townhome is located in Trapper's Landing. The location is very desirable with true Ski In/ Ski Out access just steps from the back door, via the new Orient Express Chairlift or the Morrisey Chair. You can simply park your car and not have to worry about it again until it is time to leave! This is a high end unit that offers beautiful mountain views to be enjoyed from patios on two different levels, a hot tub, BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless appliances including a gas range. Enjoy the warmth of a gas fireplace in the living room and in-floor heat on all levels. A quick 7 minute walk along the valley trail takes you to the heart of the village!

Master bedroom with queen bed, two closets with TV situated in between. Private balcony. Ensuite bath with in-floor heating.

Second Bedroom with wooden Bunk beds (single over queen), with its own bathroom across the hall complete with dual head shower.

Fully equipped kitchen with seating at the bar for 3 and at a lovely dining table for 6-8 people.

    We had a great time! This place was super family friendly. Walking distance to the village, skating rink and sledding hill. There is a path just out the back door that is well lit and great for the kids to use. The host was very responsive. The condo had everything you needed from zip lock bags, spices, and all the dishes and extras you need. Thanks!

    Property was clean and very well stocked. It is in an excellent location in proximity to a chairlift. The owner is very quick to respond with any questions. Our family had an excellent time and are already looking forward to coming back.

    We just finished 2 weeks at Sun Peaks at Trappers Landing. The location was brilliant, true ski in as my son was able to board literally to the front door. Lift access was also outstanding with Morrisey and Orient lifts a short 100 meter walk away. The house itself was fantastic with 4 comfortable bedrooms spread across 3 floors. The kitchen was well equiped and the dining room table would seat up to 10 people (although there were only 5 in our party). The lounge was also comfortable. The garage area was good to suit up for skiing and provided an easy way to enter the property with ski/board kit after hitting the slopes. The village was about an 800 metre walk but being so close to Morrisey/Orient lifts well and truly outweighed this for us. In all, a very enjoyable experience and we would consider staying here again.

    Beautiful home right on Valley trail. Kitchen was really nice and there are lots of windows. Hot tub was great. Parking is at a premium in Trapper's Landing and the garage does not fit SUVs, but there is parking in the driveway for one car. We were there at the busiest time so the visitor parking spots were hard to get. I would recommend this unit.

    Our family had a truly wonderful stay at this gorgeous home! We loved skiing a few steps to the Chair lift or walking a few minutes to town for dinner. We parked our car and never drove the whole trip:) We really enjoyed the lovely hot tub surrounded by the beautiful snow as well. Amazing experience!

    Fantastic property, conveniently located for ski in/out access and an easy walk to the village. Property was well laid out and spacious enough to accommodate our family of 6 adults and 2 young kids. Would definitely look at staying here again.
