Gorgeous riverfront house with entertainment - near Bay Street and the beach

The home is so comfortable and beautifully located. Everything was very thoughtfully curated by the host. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back! Thanks so much

Kitchen was great.. rooms were clean

We were allowed to get in a little early, which was a bonus as one of my sisters had just arrived from Florida & was ready to settle in. The house was very clean & comfy & had all the amenities we needed.

The kids loved playing near the river. The house is so conveniently located. It is tucked away and secluded but still close to everything we wanted to do. The view was beautiful (we were able to see a couple seals swim in the river!). The house was cozy with comfortable main areas. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a few meals. Would love to stay here again.

Property location is great. House felt very homey. View of river also nice with fishing boats and lots of birds and seals. Town is quaint with very good restaurants

Great location, tucked away

Comfortable and quiet home. We could not get the living room TV to work. I called Vacasa and the person i spoke with took down the information and told me someone would call and come out to the house and fix the problem. No one called and no one came out. I haven't heard back regarding the TV as of writing this review. So if anything breaks i guess you are on your own for the duration of your stay. We did enjoy our stay. Quiet and comfortable.

Enjoyed the views and the fire pit outside privacy all around. The house has an interesting and fun layout, split into two areas with ample room for large families to play and sleep in. When we checked in, the entire home smelled of cooked meals (onions) from the previous guests which was not pleasant to walk into. Contacted Vacasa, and the response sounded like it came from a bot with lackluster support.

My family (2 adults 2 children) had a great time in Florence and Sunset Dunes! The house was very clean, plenty of space for the 4 of use and the view/backyard was gorgeous. We will definitely stay here again when we are back next summer!

I loved how there were sand toys for the littles to play. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen to make a meal. Thanks for helping us make some great memories!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting my Uncle. The location was great as it was very peaceful with deer and birds in the yard. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

Loved the view of the river and dunes outside the kitchen window. Perfect layout in my opinion and a quick walk to downtown Florence. You can even get to go through Exploding Whale Memorial Park. Right off of the backyard.

Awesome location on the river just minutes away from the beach. The house has amazing views, but just know there are many stair cases, might not be great for crawling babies.

Enjoyed our stay in Florence, OR. The home was well kept & full of amenities….Games, movies, local entertainment brochures, a cozy fireplace & lots of room for a family to spread out! Located along the river, adjacent to a city park/walking path. Easy driving access to the town of Florence &/or the beach.

I had to reach out for check in details a day before leaving for the trip after being told they'd be available 3 days prior, and had to get VRBO involved to get a response. The property was as advertised, with the exception of a broken toilet seat that left me concerned about being charged for this situation. My communication about this issue went unanswered by the property owner (a management company) until after I'd checked out and left town. Very poor response time if you need anything from the manager of this property.

My sister gave me this weekend with my husband as a surprise. It was a delightful time. The house was beautiful.

My family and I have a great time is a beautiful house. Great location clean. I have no complaints about it. I’m looking forward to rent again next year. The only thing the TV upstairs in the bedroom doesn’t work because it easy fix besides that great

This property was absolutely wonderful! Situated in a private setting overlooking the river, it was truly a little oasis. The house is a charming older home impeccably kept up and very clean. We were only here for one night, but will definitely be putting this house on our list for a return stay, longer next time.

Beautiful charming home! Love the layout of the home and the view is just incredible! Love the charm and the board games and books are a nice touch. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Only a couple minutes to downtown, with sandy river beach access only 100 feet out the backdoor. A most comfortable place to be on vacation.

The location of the house was terrific. Loved the sand in the back yard. This house was very cozy. We will be back.
