In all this home offers a total of 5 bedrooms, including a primary downstairs, 3 full baths; a work out; media room. Guests of all ages will be delighted by the home theater room with a large screen HD projector and theater seating for family time together. Each of the bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's for individual entertainment.

The interior finishes include granite countertops, tile hardwood flooring, a whole house sound system, travertine master bathroom and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The fully stocked chef's kitchen will bring any group together for wonderful meals, and reverse osmosis drinking water available in the kitchen and upstairs Master Suite.

Outdoors you are greeted with an oasis-shaped pool with a grand water feature, an outdoor gas fireplace, chaise lounge poolside sitting area, a separate private sitting area, hot tub, and a large outdoor grill. It is important to note that the all-season outdoor pool has a new natural gas heater for enjoyment year ‘round (additional fees apply).

Conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, grocery stores, and plenty of dining options! It is also a great location for golf enthusiasts because it is central to several top-rated golf courses in which to explore and situated on the Dove Valley Golf Course. Dove Valley Ranch golf community offers an 18-hole course, club house with bar and grill, and Pro shop.

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for any behavior that is disruptive to the neighbors. No parties, events, loud noise, or large groups. This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and anything that disrupts that peace will swiftly be brought to an end and incur additional fees. In addition - all guests will need to respect all HOA covenants such as quiet hours from 10pm-7am, no parking on the street and returning trash bins behind the fence on trash days (Tuesdays).
