Stayed Jul 3, 2024This property was fully remodeled and decorated with lovely fixtures and attention to details. There were many amenities including satellite TV options and programs, outdoor fire pit and seating area and a full coffee bar! The guest bedroom with the double bunk beds were a great hit and a master bedroom TV was perfect! The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location was excellent, less than 10 minutes from local beaches, close to many stores, malls and restaurants of various choices. A 5 minute drive to enter the freeway and a quiet family neighborhood. A great pick we will stay again!

Stayed Jul 14, 2023Wonderful place for our family vacation. The place was impeccably clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Even though it is fairly close to a main street, the neighborhood was extremely quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Stayed Jun 8, 2023Myself, my adult daughter and two grandsons, 13 &10 yr old stayed for a full week. It was convenient for access to Ventura beaches and just a short drive to Santa Barbara. It was clean & just the right size for us. Neighborhood was quiet! We had a great time!

Stayed Oct 8, 2022Great location. Close to Trader Joe’s, Target and harbor to the Channel Islands. 30 mins to Santa Barbara. House is very comfortable and updated. Mike provided K-cups for the Keruig - major plus for a coffee lover. Host was super responsive and checked on us. Very quiet neighborhood. We would rent again if visiting the area.
