If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Security camera details: The home has two active cameras in front: one by the front door and one pointing out to the driveway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
The house was cozy, comfortable, clean. Easy check in and check out process. Would request, new silverware/knives & some mixing bowls for the kitchen, but otherwise, this place was great!!!

The house is quite comfortable and tastefully decorated. A nice big sectional where we could all lounge and visit. A little way out of town so the country feel was refreshing. Recommend.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very clean and well decorated. The location is easy to find and close to nice restaurants and activities in Bellville. The property is peaceful, but could use a little landscaping care and more attention to outdoor sitting areas. We had a great dinner at Twenty Two North Holland, and Newmans Bakery was great for pies and lunch. There’s also a brewery in town. Although the house is on almost 3 acres, it sits in a fenced area that is closer to 3/4 acre, and if you plan to access the rest of the property, bring boots and bug spray. The 3/4 acre fenced area is good for kids and dogs, but you do have to watch your dogs closely because the house sits on a fairly busy road. It was a positive experience, and we loved how the house was updated and decorated. I especially enjoyed the rainwater shower. Note to the owners/property manager: the oven didn’t work, and I would recommend getting a can opener and a set of usable knives for future travelers.
The home was perfect for our family including grandkids. Plenty of room to spread out and the bedrooms were beautifully made and very comfy! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the Bellville area. Awesome home!!
This house was really nice. It looks to have been recently updated and they did a great job. It was very comfortable and convenient to the sites we wanted to visit. If we ever get some rain the grounds will be nice.
