Gorgeous Ranch In The Heart Of Denver! Hot Tub! Great Big Private Patio!

House is exactly as pictured. Having the patio and hot tub was quite lovely after long days exploring Denver and mountains. Host was great! Communication was excellent. We enjoyed it here immensely.

This is a fabulous rental while visiting Denver. The outside spaces and hot tub are amazing and beautiful. Jeff was a fantastic host. The house has so much charm and character, the kitchen is well equipped for meals together and the grill worked great. Highly recommend!

The property was inviting, clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. The owner made us feel welcome and the process for check in and out went smoothly.Overall it s a good place for family. Perfect place to stay in the heart of Denver! Jeff was super accommodating and had great hospitality. He ensured we had everything we needed and it was super clean. Also very convenient for travel. Very fun getaway to Denver and absolutely perfect location to go see an NFL game.

Really wonderful house. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Easy to get downtown or out of the city depending on your mood.Jeff is an exceptionally responsive host. Met us when we checked in, offered tips for visiting the city, finding groceries, etc. He was very quick to respond to our messages / questions.

Jeffery is definitely a 5 star host . A most beautiful house very artfully decorated. It had everything I needed from kitchen to bath with a beautiful yard and gathering area in backyard . Easy uber ride to downtown and RINO districts.Would stay there again

Jeffrey was the best host anyone could ask for!! Made us feel so much better knowing that he was close by since this was our first time to Denver. The house is gorgeous and very clean. It has a lot of character and gorgeous artwork. The best part for us was the hot tub and all of the lights hanging from the trellis. Quaint, relaxing, recharging and no pressure to run and gun when you have such a nice house to stay in.

This home is beautifully appointed and reflects attention to detail. The host is gracious, the patio is inviting and we enjoyed the hot tub. I would book this property again when visiting Denver.

This property was really nice! The host was so nice and even gave us a tour when we arrived! He was also extremely communicative when it came to answering questions and replying with check in instructions. The hot tub was phenomenal and really good suggestions when it came to things to do. Highly recommend 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again

The home is very welcoming. Furnishings and decor are esthetically pleasing. Fine art and amenities matched the style of the home. It’s a well lived property with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. The hot tub was a great size for our family. Easy access to Red Rocks and meow wolf

My sister, her mom,her son, and myself had a wonderful time at this cozy ,clean,and well designed little ranch. Host Jeffery lives, and is there onsite. He was so helpful with questions on where to go for activities. He also put a beautiful touch with having flowers waiting there for us. Also had the hot tub set up for us! Which was perfect, bc it was a bit cool. He was great with communication as well. I highly recommended this place for your next home away from home getaway.

Comfortable apartment. Owner is onsite & very responsive. As described, it is in the heart of Denver so it is a busy neighborhood. Small car is a must for parking.

My colleague and I made a quick business trip to Denver and surrounding area. Jeff was welcoming and eager to supply recommendations, the home was conveniently located to enjoy the best of downtown Denver as well as smaller towns outside the city, and the hot tub was a nice bonus at the end of long days of meetings.
