This is a quiet residential neighborhood so there are noise restrictions for outdoor entertaining (for example guests can't be in the garden or patio area after 10pm)

A car is the easiest way to navigate the area, however if you are fit and enjoy walking then the property is approximately a 30-40 minute walk to the town center.
