Gorgeous Oceanfront Beach House - Elegant Modern w/ Stunning Expansive Views

The beach view was amazing! Access to the beach was close and easy. We really enjoyed the deck overlooking the beach. Our son looooved the little attic nook bedroom- super fun for a kid.

Our stay was significantly impacted by multiple safety and maintenance issues. The smoke alarms were malfunctioning and we were instructed to disable them, which raised serious safety concerns. Power had to be shut off to 2 of 4 bedrooms, leaving them without heat or lighting. Beyond that, the overall condition of the property was not as expected. The kitchen cabinets were visibly dirty, the outdoor grill was not usable—the propane tank was empty, and the burners were heavily rusted, with one burner completely exposed. Overall, the property was not maintained to a standard that matches the listing, and these issues negatively affected our experience. We also did most of the cleaning upon check out.

The check-in process was a bit difficult for me. In the kitchen, there was some grime underneath the fan. The view was terrific. The beds were very comfortable. We did almost all the cleaning before we left.

The house is on an amazing part of the beach, and the deck & view are the main attraction and worth the price! There is a firepit - we bought food for it but never used it. You can access the beach two houses down (stairs to the beach). The house is down the road from the main highway - which is great as we had dogs and there wasn't any traffic. The neighborhood is quiet so waves are the only thing you will hear. The house is smaller than I imagined, but fit us comfortably. The rooms are small and besides a closet, there is no place to unpack so we lived out of our suitcases. The beds are queens - we slept comfortably. The fireplace is a great addition - watched a lot of college football (Go Ducks)!. We also spent a lot of time around the dining room table playing games with a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we cooked there. Communication with the owner was prompt.Overall, a very good rental...quiet, clean and a view/deck to die for!

Never received instructions how to get in the house so had to call to get them. Also the WiFi , internet didn’t work so my son talked to Pascal and the next day a lady showed up with new router and gave it to me. My son had to install it. Otherwise we loved the ocean view and beach.

Cozy house with great views.

It was an amazing stay. The fireplace kept us warm and the views were.... There are no words to describe the beauty. The cleanliness was okay. There were crumbs on the counter and floor, under the beds were really dirty, and the cobwebs needed to be dusted out. But the blankets were clean and super comfy, the bathrooms were all clean, and the Living room was lovely. Great location, we would totally stay again!

This location can’t be beat. Great view. House was perfect. Walks on the beach, sunsets, and the fire pit were the highlights. House was clean and well supplied

The location and privacy of the property, combined with the combination of the most used rooms (kitchen, living, dining) along with the view and the wrap around fireplace is superb.

This was a great house in a quiet area of Waldport. Kitchen and house were well stocked and the views were fantastic. Easy beach access and comfortable for a family. Highly recommend.

The house is so nice in a truly stunning location. We loved our stay!

Stayed here with my fiancée, and both hers and ours parents. Perfect spot for family to hang out, make dinner and specialize. Back porch with ocean views and fireplace was a bonus.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights with our two dogs and, while the weather was mostly rainy, we were able to walk on the beach during lulls each day. The house was so comfortable that we primarily just read by the fire while watching the huge waves. When we ventured out by car, we very much enjoyed eating at the Luna Sea, which is just a few minutes away. Eating at home was a joy, though, since the kitchen was amazingly well equipped. In summary, I think this is the best beach house we have rented on the Oregon coast and we will be back.

Very easy process. House is great with everything you need. Very comfortable and welcoming.

The views are outstanding, the house is lovely and very well equipped. My niece adored the loft space and we enjoyed the firepit (thanks for the tip to stop and buy a couple of bundles if firewood). We really enjoyed our stay and were fortunate to have a gorgeous weekendgorgeweekend
