Stayed Jun 22, 2024We first stayed at Natalie and Jed’s property in 2023 and loved it so much we returned this year. It is in a perfect location for Scottsdale and Phoenix, well equipped and spotlessly clean with a fantastic pool and outdoor area. Natalie and Jed are an absolute pleasure to deal with. We are a family of four with two teenagers and the house was perfect for us. I can highly recommend this property and its owners if you are looking for a vacation rental In Scottsdale/Phoenix. Stayed Jun 30, 2023We had a fantastic stay at Natalie and Jed’s property. The house is in a great location and was just as described and spotlessly clean. Pool and pool area were perfect Natalie was excellent to deal with - all communications responded to promptly and really clear check in and check out instructions. I would highly recommend this property and Natalie and Jed as hosts.

Stayed Apr 8, 2023Great location and a comfortable home. Our kids enjoyed pool time and eating meals on the patio (outdoor tv was a win!). It is a quiet neighborhood and we did our best with the kids to not disturb the neighbors. It was our first time in the area as a family and looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for a great stay! The snack basket and wine was such a nice touch.

Stayed Nov 20, 2022This home suited our needs very well and exceeded our expectations. We very much appreciated that the owners were very thoughtful about what would make a very positive experience for their guests. A lot of comfortable spaces in the home and well stocked kitchen. The welcome basket upon arrival was an added plus. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions and very accommodating. They could not have been kinder! The pool and outside spaces were terrific! So many places to sit and lounge. Great neighborhood- lots of nice areas to walk and close to grocery stores. Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 8, 2022We really enjoyed our stay. Owners were easy to contact and responded very quickly. Had one little mix up but was rectified very quickly and charges were refunded with no questions or headaches! The house suited our needs for 4 adults and 4 kids (4yr, 2yr, 9mo, 6mo). Outdoor area was awesome with the pool and fake turf area being great for kids with lots of pool toys. Thought the listing undersold the child amenities/supplies with more at the house than expected which was great. Overall great experience

Stayed Jun 2, 2022We rented this property to celebrate my in-laws’ 50th anniversary and we had the best time!! The property is so clean and updated - it’s absolutely gorgeous. The hosts left us the cutest little welcome basket and the house had everything we needed as far as utensils, extra bedding etc. There’s a BBQ, fire pit, pool, lots of lounge chairs, cute little backyard lights and lawn games. I also loved that it’s a smart home - roku TVs in every room and touch code entry on the front door. We joked that we’d just stay until they kicked us out - ha! 10/10 would recommend!
