Gorgeous Oak & Cedar House 1/2 Block from Manzanita Beach!

We had a small hiccup at check in that the door code wasn't set. But I reached out and got a response incredibly quickly and we were in the house in no time. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We didn't end up needing them, but there were even towels and bowls for our dog. If we come back to Manzanita, we'll definitely check to see if we can stay here again.

The house was amazing! Cozy and comfortable, and it really had everything I needed. And it was all in perfect condition!! The hot tub was divine, and the location was perfect! Really close to town, the beach, and the state park! I will look forward to staying again! And Olive dog enjoyed it too. Especially zoomies on the beach!! Thank you!

Great location and easy to check in. Clean overall and the bathrooms were very nice! Fairly equipped kitchen.

Easily walkable into town. Beds were super comfy. Hot tub was amazing. Direct access to the beach was superb! It’s a cute little house with everything I and my party needed. I would definitely come back.

The photos do not do this place justice. The vaulted ceiling with skylights makes for an open and welcome gathering space. The mattresses are the perfect combination of soft and supportive. The kitchen cookware is top notch- forgot to make note of the brand. The wood stove is simple to operate. And I have never before been in such a top notch hot tub!

Really enjoyed a couple of nights at Rivendell. The house was cozy and great for a few people and a dog. There was plentiful wood for the stove, the hot tub was FANTASTIC and we all slept great in the quiet, calm environment. One short block to access the beach and just a very short drive or easy walk into town. Kitchen had what we needed.

We loved our stay at Rivendell! The place was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for our family vacation. The hot tub was an extra nice touch. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return to beautiful Manzanita!

I used to visit my aunt and uncle in Manzanita in the 70s and early 80s. I was looking to recreate that experience and this place filled the bill perfectly. We absolutely loved it. Lots of naps on that comfy couch in front of the fire. And the location couldn't have been better. Thank you for allowing dogs. My girl loved the beach, running and barking to her heart's content. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

We had a WONDERFUL stay!! We loved everything about it and will absolutely stay again next time we visit Manzanita. We loved the location and the king sized bed and the bidets and the hot tub! It was private and perfect for our needs as we simply enjoyed the time away and my husband is a chef and so we cooked dinner every night and nested. We loved it!!

Everything was great. We can't wait to go back.

Great house with so many amenities and located in a wonderful location.

We spent 3 weeks in this beach home that is approximately 1 block from the beach. Beautiful wood on the floors, walls and ceiling. Pots and pans in great shape and lots of food containers for left overs. Art on the walls, beautiful beach decor on the water glasses and sofa pillows. A Peloton in the garage and a new hot tub. BBQ was clean with extra propane. Walk to the golf course. Walk to town aprx 3/4 of a mile. Owners and house keeper response was excellent. New comfy mattress in one master bedroom. Has a washer and 2 dryer's. A wood stove we did not use with lots of wood and kindling. We hope to return next summer. Everything we needed was there.

NOT A BEACH PROPERTY there is access to a small rocky cove..not for swimming or walking.Property manager rude and condescending and unhelpful prior to check in and after .Did not honor approved request for unscented linenWouldnt answer questionsWould not acknowledge broken drain plug and said we didn't know how to operate Internet broken and told us to use adjacent property internet for our stayAmenities adequate and very comfy bed.

Our impressions of the property exceeded our expectations based on the description. This is a tidy beach house with rustic charm and modern amenities. Very comfortable beds! The location is away from the fray and quiet, which suited our party perfectly.

Very clean and comfortable home! Plenty of beds for myself and 3 adult daughters. Nice hot tub. Owner communication was excellent.

Very well equipped!

The house is perfect. From all of the wood flooring, walls and ceilings to the well-stocked kitchen. The large deck with the covered hot tub was perfect. Very private. The back yard is fully fenced so we had no worries about the dog. The inside of the house is laid out very nicely. Well thought out. We had a very relaxing weekend with walks on the beach and soaking in the hot tub,to watching Netflix. Thanks Spencer for your hospitality!

The beach access from this house was incredible. The outside area was spacious and the hot tub was fantastic. It was everything I was hoping for and more.

The property is so much nicer and cozy than the photos. We stayed with out husky and they had poop bags and a bowl. The kitchen is well supplied and they even had grounded coffee. We loved so much this house! Also, the communication with the host is fast and effective. Thank you so much for your attention to details! We definetely will come back.

This our second visit to this property. Love its closeness to the beach. Perfect spot to spend time with good friends.

3 old geezer sisters gathered after 2 years. The rental house was clean and well stocked for cooking, BBQing, hot tubbing, and relaxing rain or shine. Beds were very comfortable. We watched the Presidential debate (yeah) and football. The extra light helped us complete a few puzzles. Access to the beach was close, but for old folks there is better access in town. I’d come again….rain or shine.

We came to Manzanita to participate in a golf tournament... the home was a perfect location for golfing. We loved the home and the fenced backyard was a huge plus since we were traveling with our dog. The

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home which is a short walk from the beach. It was immaculate and well-kept. The small kitchen was fully equipped and both the indoor & outdoor spaces were pleasant. The small bedroom with twin beds is difficult for adults, as it's set up as a trundle bed (requiring middle of the night leaps over a sleeping person to get to the bathroom).

This was the perfect place for our small family gathering. Clean, cozy, quiet, and really well outfitted. We'll definitely be back!
