The beds were extremely comfortable and we had such a great time using your kayaks and bikes! We had such a great time we didn't want to leave! Stayed Jun 14, 2025It is in a quiet gated neighborhood with a pool and work out room. Very close to the beach and downtown Bethany. Super convenient and lots of space to hang out in the house and sleep. We were very happy!

Stayed Sep 10, 2024Just returned from a 6 night stay at this Bethany Beach home. Firstly, the home itself and the gated community were beautiful. We always felt safe and comfortable. The house is as advertised. Nice balance of aesthetics and function. Close enough to downtown Bethany, the beach & food options but far enough away too. The only drawback was the proximity to Hwy 1 for noise. We unfortunately stayed during Bike Week in Ocean City without knowing and the constant stream of motorcycles was not pleasant. Not by any means the fault of the property or owner, just something to be aware of. Because we stayed after peak season the community was often sparsely occupied giving us a near private pool experience. We walked our 1 year old in the stroller around several times a day. All in all, our family very much enjoyed our stay.and would go back.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This home is very warm and inviting. We settled in early, feeling secure and lacking for nothing; comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen supplies and ample room. Great gated quiet neighborhood, great house, great host, great location to many beaches and towns. The only negative is SR noise in the summer from 9am to 11pm. just stay up later or bring wax earplugs. You get used to it after a day or two.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Beautiful location, private yet convenient to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Great distance from NJ to DE ,only a 4 hr drive making it easy for our entire family to be together. I would recommend this location for anyone who wants to enjoy friends or family vacation together. The host was always available and made the rental very easy.
