Gorgeous newly built home / Dog Friendly / Close to the Beach

Perfect beach getaway for our family. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed—especially the kitchen, which included thoughtful extras like spices, oils, and coffee/tea. Great location, just a short walk to the beach, and comfortably fit our family of four plus our dog. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d definitely return!

Great stay! Clean house. Welcoming and accommodating host. Loved the close walk to the beach. The trail to the beach from the house showcased some beautiful views. Was amazed how well stocked the house was with essential supplies. Peaceful neighborhood. Hope to stay again in the near future.

This is a GREAT property!! Clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach. Quiet and private location. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy bike ride to town. Laundry room and nice outdoor space. Definitely would stay here again.

My family comes to Manzanita each year over the 4th and this home fit all our needs! My father in law needs an accessible home due to mobility issues and this was perfect for him. The master is on the main floor and he was able to manage walking through the home. My wife and I loved how quick and easy it was to get to the beach to walk our dog and spend time just watching the ocean. The kitchen is really well-stocked! Crockpot, Ninja blender/food processor, and even a stand mixer. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you to Reed and Wendy for sharing their lovely home.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the quiet ocean side town of Manzanita. I have stayed in a lot of town along the coast and this one is my favorite. The property manager was so good at communication! The pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s a wonderful place to stay!

Ohana is a lovely, well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood south of Manzanita and two minutes walk to the beach. Check in was a breeze. We could walk into Manzanita in about 15 minutes or stay at the house and listen to the ocean with the windows open. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you need to cook meals. Wendy and Reed were gracious hosts and left clear instructions and recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

The house is perfect. Three minute walk to beach on quiet street. New construction. Very clean on arrival and easy to keep nice and clean. Kitchen was fantastic. Great backyard patio. Just fantastic place. I would definitely rent again.

Our family has stayed in a number of different properties in Manzanita over the last twenty years. This one is the best! We LOVED cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of five plus our doggo. The beach is just a quick three minute walk through a short path. Most importantly, the house was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. We hope to return!

This location checked off all the right boxes for us. Spacious, clean, perfect location, 2 minutes over the dunes to the beach, amazing communication with the hosts. I really liked that the house was an easy stroll from town and not right near the main drag. Quick access to the state park is great. I was the cook, and the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked. Would book here again in a heartbeat.

This home was exactly as listed. Very clean and well appointed. Great communication with the owners. Loved the ping pong table- we never even turned on the TV.
