Great space for our family! We were visiting family that live in Granville so it was great to have a space within the community. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The shared spaces were great to cook, eat, and watch tv. Thank you!!

Very nice home. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Cell service is spotty in the immediate area so make sure to utilize the WiFi before going somewhere if you’re not familiar with the area.

House was nice and well kept up. Some of the light switches didnt work and we couldnt get one of the lights to turn off. Was never sent checkin instructions but owner answered right away and got us in. Would stay here again.

Property was fine. Needs updated pictures of the backyard. Pictures were from a while ago. Backyard games were very weathered. We had an issue with the shower drain so I let the owner know and if felt like an argument. The shower wasn’t draining so my boyfriend cleaned out the 6 inches of hair from the drain. When I told the owner he wanted to argue that he “just had it serviced” and it should be draining fine. It drained fine after we cleared the drain.

We chose this place for the location - Close to the Fields we were playing at and a short drive to Restaurants in the area. Place was clean and had the items that we needed to have a fun and successful trip.

Good location, easy access & responsive hosts. Ended up being only 5min from our family gathering location which made it even more perfect! Fit 8 of us comfortably with air mattresses in the living room.

We booked the VRBO on January 25, 2025. Our floors were being replaced and was going to take two weeks to complete. Our contractor suggested we book a third week as the job might run longer than expectedOn February 8th, I sent to Jordan:Hi Jordan, we are scheduled to arrive at your place on March 29, and depart on April 13. Speaking with our contractor, I would like to reserve April 14, through April 20. I would pay for that third week up front, but, if the contractor ended up finishing before April 20, and we were able to move back home, would you be willing to reimburse us or work with us on options for the time not usedJordan replied:Yes, I will definitely be able do that for you. Please just book asap so you are locked inApril 15th, I messaged Jordan:Hi Jordan, wanted to let you know that our floors have been installed and we are able to move back home tonight. I know we had talked about a potential for some type of credit if we moved back early. Let me know if there is anything you can doJordan never repliedOn April 18th:Hi Jordan, I'm assuming since you have not responded to my message that you are not willing to work with us on some sort of credit or option as we had discussedAs of May 4th, I still have not heard back from Jordan. This place has serious cleaning issues. I was planning to convey directly to Jordan via chat how filthy it is, but since he decided to ghost me, I will let him know here. I would not recommend this place until he cleans it

Had a comfortable stay. Newer duplex with plenty of room. Had everything we needed for cooking. Good communication with host.

Easy access, clean, good location.

This was our second time staying here, and we love it. We stayed here with our adult children and their spouses. It is close to family that live in the area, so it works out perfectly for us. It allows our family to stay together while in town visiting instead of us all getting our own hotel rooms. The home is clean and in a safe area. We are looking forward to staying again.

The home is in a convenient location. The beds were comfortable. The shared wall neighbors were quiet. In our opinion, the home could be improved by deep cleaning and it was unfortunate that we took care of several live cockroaches inside the home during our stay. The listing stated no pets are allowed. There seems to be a pet odor in the home and we noticed a dog door in one of the bedrooms.

Home has a lot of deferred maintenance issues and needs a thorough deep cleaning. Coffee make broken and had to buy one for use; Grill was filthy out of propane and unusable; kithen
