The unit is the lower level of our home; our family of four lives upstairs and is always mindful of guests’ privacy. Your space is completely private, with a secure, locked door separating the units.

Located in the highly desirable Clarksville neighborhood, you’ll be steps from some of Austin’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife. We’re just two blocks from the flagship Whole Foods and within walking distance of beloved restaurants like Sammie’s, Jeffrey’s, Clark’s Oyster Bar, and Lin Asian Bar + Dim Sum. Lively bars along West 6th Street are also just around the corner, making this a perfect home base for exploring the city.

    We had a wonderful stay. The space was perfect for our family with two teenagers. Great layout. Comfortable patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was walkable to Whole Foods and lots of shopping and dining options. We’ll book again in the future!

    My family of five people enjoyed staying at this rental property. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The owner was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this rental.

    Beautiful home but the actual unit is downstairs ground level. This isn’t clear in the listing description. Our daughter recently broke her leg and is using a wheelchair and walker. There were 20 steps to this downstairs unit. Fortunately she was able to use railing or we would have been forced to get a last minute hotel room. The hosts were super nice but I didn’t want to stay in their bottom floor with a family above us. That wasn’t what we expected from the listing.
