Gorgeous Loft at Downtown's Edge

Absolutely lovely! Everything is brand new, luxurious and stylish. No expense spared. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Great central location. Would definitely recommend!

Nice loft. Wish we could’ve parked in the garage though. This loft is a great spot to see Colorado Springs and all the hiking around. Only problem is I didn’t feel comfortable walking around outside. Lots of homeless men in the area. Just something to think about.

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our 4 day stay at this place! Everything we needed was there, and we had no issues what so ever. We will be staying here again next time we visit Colorado Springs!

If you are looking for a place that is near the Colorado Springs' attractions and in a safe neighborhood, this it the place. Its an appartment above the garage behind the house. Its away from owners wiht private parking. Everything you need for a stay. Very clean and comfortable. There is nothing that would have made it better.

This place was awesome! Super short trip to downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, and a short drive to several gates at Ft Carson! The loft is updated, super clean, quiet, private, and comfortable. When we are back in CO Springs, we will definitely be back here! The host was awesome! Responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. If you need a place to stay, book now!

This perfectly appointed apartment has everything one needs from sun up to sun down. A comfortable spot with total privacy and easily accessible to downtown that doesn't destroy the wallet is a great find. I stayed here for a week, and it felt like living at home. I filled the fridge with supplies for the week and had a comfortable stay without ever rummaging for supplies or appliances. Highly recommend if you have a student at Colorado College to have a little spot to call home during your visit.

The place was immaculately cleaned and was exactly as described. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped for cooking. The bedroom was nice and cozy. Russell was very helpful with accommodating our early arrival and also with all the little things we needed. If you are planning on exploring the mountains, this little loft is a great base for daily and overnight excursions. My husband and I had a great time there and would highly recommend.

Overall the place was very nice. The only issue was when we pulled out the sofa bed. The mattress cover was really dirty and didn’t look like it had ever been washed.

I am an employee of Vrbo and stay in Colorado Springs every year to visit my granddaughter and this loft apartment was just the right size for the two of us! Clean, easy to access, and comfortable! Close to all the main tourist attractions in the Springs. Russell was very communicative and answered all my questions. The loft had all the basics we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The neighbors were super nice too!
