Gorgeous House private Pool& Spa 10 sleeps, 8min to Strip

Was an absolutely amazing stay we loved every minute of it

There was no communication with host necessary. The pool and hot tub were great. The house was pretty beat up. Holes in walls and carpet, mold in shower, paint peeling in so many places. The entire house had a sulfur smell like what comes out of drains or laundry rooms but it was everywhere. The beds were hard and the sheets wouldn’t stay in place so it was hard to sleep. Then to top it off, the cleaning team showed up before checkout, the landscape crew showed up and blocked the driveway. Just a rough stay all around.

The house ultimately served its purpose for our group, but our experience did not fully match the expectations set by the listing photos.There were several positives: the home is spacious, the pool service did arrive a couple of hours after check-in, and the pool eventually warmed up and was usable. The beds were moderately comfortable, and the house had enough room for a larger group.That said, there were a number of issues that made the stay feel less smooth than we had hoped. Communication with the host was slower than expected, which was frustrating when trying to address concerns. Upon arrival, all of the trash cans were full. We had paid extra to have the pool heated, but arrived to a dirty, cold pool. The hot tub also never became noticeably hotter than the pool itself.The home also showed more wear than the listing photos suggest. Several pieces of outdoor furniture were broken, some bathroom towel bars were broken, and the master shower drain was clogged. The house accommodates up to 16 people, so the lack of an ice maker was also inconvenient. The beds were acceptable, but the pillows were very thin and low quality.Overall, the home worked for what we needed, but the glamorous listing photos did not fully reflect the condition of the property. With more responsive communication, better maintenance, and a few basic upgrades, it could be a much stronger rental. As it stands, we would not choose to stay here again.

The bed linens were dirty. There were hairs , dark stains, and gel like stains on the most of the sheet/linens/duvet . The host was responsive, apologized and offered to have the cleaners come. Initially I declined, thinking we could change own sheets and get on with our vacation. While doing that, we could not find any that were not stained. I then contacted the host and asked for the cleaners to come. We never heard back from them .I contacted VRBO and had a case opened but no one has followed up. I have pictures. I spent 3 days cleaning, washing and changing linens. I felt I needed to use the sanitize settings on the washer/dryer and do tiny washes . While doing this I found filth in the master bath and kitchen.It was bad .

Excellent pool. Everything was easy.

10/10 Recommend. House is in a nice area, the backyard backs up to a high school. Even being across from the HS it is quiet and peaceful in the back yard. House is beautiful as advertised. Beds are comfortable. The hot tub was so nice in the cool temperatures. There are even towels and sunscreen by the doors that lead out to the backyard. This house is a perfect stay while in Vegas if you want a more relaxed place to stay away from the strip. Airport and the strip are a 25 min drive with traffic but everything is easy to get to.

Everything was great. Location was perfect. Nice and clean pool and spa. Private stay allowing the privacy we needed.

Host was very thoughtful. Asked us if we wanted to checkin early so they can arrange the cleaning. Very responsive. House is very clean. Backyard is beautiful. Very close to stadium and lots of restaurants around.

When we arrived there was no power in the house never could get ahold of the host I had my whole family with me including a baby and two elderly we had to get ahold of VRBO and they found us a new place but it was the craziest situation I have ever been in would not recommend to anyone also house is slummy and the pool is small

We loved our stay at this cozy and comfortable home. It had everything we needed. The pool and spa were so fun and relaxing. Host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back

What a beautiful gem in the valley. Perfect spot that’s about 15 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the strip. Pool feels GREAT with the temps are above 100, room for 10 to sleep, eat, laugh and enjoy their time together.

Cute clean house with great pool. Close to strip. Only feedback would be to have more towels, more toilet paper and hand soap.

Fabulous Stay in Las Vegas!We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this property! The house was wonderful—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. It had all the amenities you could possibly want or need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a great outdoor space.The location was perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Vegas trip. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!Host was wonderful and helpful and super fast to respond and when our flight was delayed super flexible with us!

The house needs a few repairs and fresh paint but we were certainly comfortable. The pool is lovely.(Fan remote was missing in one of the bedrooms.)

Hosts were very fast to answer any questions, house was very clean. Pool and spa were perfect for our group of 8. Ubers/Taxis are always only 5 minutes away and a 12 minute ride to the strip. Quiet neighborhood.

This property is as advertised and the location is great! We were here as a family- the house had everything we needed. Our kids never wanted to leave the pool and hot tub. We had all the comforts of home at this property. We would absolutely come back.

Sabina was awesome! Her attention and willingness to accommodate me in whatever way possible was awesome. She gave me my additional service options and upfront costs which is very important to me when communicating. Her response time was very reasonable and I will definitely be booking again. We had a party of 10 adults and came in from Sacramento and Los Angeles! I would definitely recommend this home!

The house worked great for us. Our daughter wedding was held in Las Vegas. We needed a place for our family to stay, Owners were very responsive to my questions,

We had a great trip. The house is so comfortable with an amazing outdoor space. Easy access to most things. We hiked at Lone Mountain-highly recommended. We went to a concert on the strip, which was an easy drive. We spent a lot of rime just relaxing poolside.

Nice house - especially the back yard. Sabina was very nice and accommodating.
