Gorgeous home near the beach with private pool, W/D, grill, streaming & AC

Great house in a lovely neighborhood. Had all the amenities you would need. Wonderful restaurants at the end of the block. Very close to a super. 10/10 would recommend!

This place was awesome! It was so clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with all the necessities. The laundry machines worked great. The pool in the private backyard was nice and so fun! The beds were comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The AC units in each room worked great. It even had pool towels, toys, and boogie boards! It felt like it was in a safe location. Honestly we were sad to leave at the end of our stay. I would 100% come back and stay here again. Thank you Vacasa!

The property is just as it is pictured. Beautiful and clean. I only had one small issue with the TV not working, but I managed the house advisor and he sent somebody out right away to fix it. I would definitely recommend to a friend and stay here again.

“Construction in the area” actually means construction across the street from the rental and to pretty much every home around this rental. You can hear the loud sounds of hammers, drills, grinders and the construction crew music in the home and while sitting at the pool from 7 am to about 4 pm. We couldn’t stay at the home for longer than an hour before the noise became unbearable. The street is unfinished and the directions to get to the rental were vague, the house isn’t marked.

We were incredibly disappointed by our stay in Tamarindo, the Vacasa company, and VRBO’s response. After saving for over 4 years for the vacation we were dreaming of, we were shocked and saddened to pull up at night, over 2000 miles from home, to find that this is one of only a few finished homes in a new development that was undergoing non-stop construction on all sides of the home at all hours and every single day, weekends included… It was so far from what we expected and what was described that my 11yr old daughter was in tears as we pulled up. While we expected to wake up early each day to make the most of our experience, we were rudely awakened every single day at 7am with loud banging right outside of our windows… The listing originally said “Construction in the area.” What the owners and VRBO don’t describe is that it is actually major road and home construction on all sides of the home including large trucks, machinery, stone cutting, digging, building and all other loud noises you could imagine from 7am to 5pm every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. We contacted the Vacasa company and VRBO and we were told by both that they “consider construction a minor issue” so they were not inclined to do anything. Both made it clear that neither party would help, including even returning our calls or requests for a supervisor. They have since added a disclaimer (likely due to our numerous complaints), but they added that after our stay.
