Gorgeous home in Vilano. Situated btwn Beach & Public boat launch with pool

The home was beautiful! Its location was perfect, close to the dock and close to the beach. Sandy was a wonderful host, and we appreciate the baskets of goodies! Sandy was very prompt on responding to our messages if we needed anything. We always love St. Augustine, and the beautiful home is icing on the cake!! Thank you Sandy!

One of the best experiences we’ve had renting a place while on vacation! Sandy was very accommodating and was extremely helpful and kind during our stay! She went above and beyond for the birthday celebration we had and we had a wonderful time renting from her. House was beautiful and immaculately clean! 10/10 experience with this place :)

Rented this home for a girls getaway and it was perfect! The owner, Sandra was so kind and super responsive. She offered grocery delivery, private uber # and area suggestions for dining and things to do. She even left a nice welcome basket with bottle of wine for us upon arrival! The home was well stocked, adorable decor and convenient location to walk to beach. Loved the area! Looking forward to returning again soon!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house in Vilano Beach! The home had everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. The pool was a great place to relax and lounge throughout the day, and the entire property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.We were especially impressed with the welcome basket provided by the host—it was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. Sandy was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made the experience even better.A huge positive of the trip was how bike-friendly the neighborhood was. We were able to easily ride around with the kids, explore the area, and and nearby spots. It made getting around fun, easy, and safe for everyone in our group.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay near the beach!

Host was very accommodating making our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. We had 4 adults and 2 kids 2 and under.

What an amazing place. Conveniently located. The bikes were nice additions. There was plenty of room for our group of 8.

The property was well maintained and in a fantastic location. Probably less than a minute down the road was a parking lot for beach access so it was super easy to get to and not a lot of people there. It's also just down the road from plenty of shops so you can get what you need while being far enough away from town so traffic isn't a concern at all. Overall, we had a blast and were very comfortable with our stay.

Warning!Initially before check in, the host was generous, and even offered to pickup groceries for us and left a goodie basket. We were in town for my sister’s wedding, so it was a great start to the week. However, upon check-in we found dirty floors not swept or mopped, dirty towels put away as though they were clean, dirty counter tops, hole in the side walk, dirty pool and a broken step to the main entrance at the back door. When this was brought to the attention of the host, she offered to have the floors mopped.  We checked in on a Wednesday, step was fixed Thursday and floors were mopped Friday afternoon. Friday evening we received a message from the host, notifying us that she has noticed more people coming and going than registered and insisted that we leave, and she would reimburse us the remaining days. We learned from one of her messages to us, that she was staying across the street.  House occupancy shows ten, originally we shared a guest lists for eight. The host was correct, my family and I rented this home while we were in town for my sister’s wedding.  We had two additional family members staying with us for one night, one was a child. We attempted to converse about the situation by phone after it was brought to our attention, but the host was not willing to work with us.Thankfully we did receive a refund for the four nights we were going to be staying there. This was a very unfortunate experience. We are still taking back by the whole incident.
