Suggestions: disclose to potential renter the presence of a security camera in the garage that also peers into hallway of home; have rental payments divided in half rather than one lump sum up front; replace leaky queen air mattress, very slow to drip coffee maker, clean gas burners on stove to provide equal pan cooking; consider lowering hot water setting; provide written instructions to renter as to your departure rules/recommendations. Reevaluate your request for guests to take off their shoes upon entrance to home.Cute house, nice location, very clean.
