Stayed Sep 12, 2025This is our second time staying at this property. We love it! Heather is an amazing host. The home is very clean, it’s as described, it’s easy to find and check in to. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a group of people. There is enough room for everyone and great common places to gather and watch tv. Beautiful backyard and a two car driveway for parking. Great neighborhood that we felt safe and comfortable walking in at night. We are planning on staying there again.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024From check in to check out, everything was perfect for our group of eight visiting the area for the Marshall/VT game. The house was clean, the sleeping arrangements were ideal for a party of eight, and the game room on the bottom floor with walkout to the backyard was the icing on the cake to a wonderful weekend! Although our Marshall Thundering Herd lost to the Hokies, our fantastic rental softened that blow. Thank you, Heather, for allowing our group to use your home as our own for the weekend!

The house was extremely clean, lots of great amenities that made our stay comfortable and fun, the host was very helpful and had great communication, and the location was very convenient to VA Tech.
