Gorgeous family Home, Private Pool/Spa, Great View in Gated Resort near Disney

Everything was great

The house was great. Sunset views from the pool were amazing.

This home was spacious and accommodated our whole group well. Michelle was easy to communicate with during our stay and was attentive to our needs. We felt safe in this community.

Property was very nice, lots of rooms

We had an enjoyable stay here and as a party of 13 there was plenty of space for us. The property does need some considerable updates and general maintenance but it didnt affect us too much as it was such a busy holiday not spending much time in the villa.

Amenties are outdated, no ice without using the manual ice trays, kitchen dinning room has mixed match chairs unlike the picture online. Both master bedroom bedframes have water rings on the head board and water ring on lamp shade. Master bathroom down stairs has a slow drained. I called about sliding door leading to patio/pool would not lock. Every night we had to try to put something in place and not leave door unlocked. I was told by the host Iwould get a video on how to lock the door. Never received it and I was told extra towels were in the master bedroom closet and I never was able to locate any extra towels. The game room furniture/couch (75%) has peeled. The host did send someone to clean the pool. This was my first abnb and probably last.

This was amazing. We had everything we needed. We really utilized the house. We didn’t go out much because we loved the pool and game room. Easy check in and check out not much to do. Easy to contact the owners. We would definitely stay here again

The owner of the home was amazing. She was quick to respond to questions and issues. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. There wasn’t even a cookie sheet there. It was a little further to Disney than we thought. And the community weight room, pool, and volleyball area have not been maintained. There was lots of broken gym equipment, no volleyball for the sand volleyball court, and the pool was dirty.

This location felt like Home away from Home!! My family and I had a blast!!! Home was very clean. Location was quiet and restful. Supermarkets were close by. Our family enjoyed our stay

Home is comfortable and conveniently located. As usual traffic may be heavier to/from depending on the time of day. Heated pool/spa and gated community was a hit for us. There was a HVAC issue during our stay but communication with Michelle (the property management team) was great and the situation was resolved swiftly. Our flight was also cancelled on departure day and fortunately Michelle was able to accommodate another day for us. Quiet and safe neighborhood!

House was clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool after being out sightseeing and going to amusement parks all day. We definitely recommend getting the pool heated during the winter months!

The listing of the property was accurate to what we found. Communication with the management company was tedious but issues were eventually addressed. We often had to justify our concerns before they were addressed. One example would be that the pool/spa did not work properly for multiple days. I received a variety of reasons why the pool/spa was not working (the spa needed more water, the spa doesn’t work after 9pm, etc). We exchanged multiple texts before someone was sent to fix it (twice). It was never fixed due to it being an issue with the electrical breaker. By the end of the trip we were simply addressing things ourselves rather than exchange multiple texts.The listing states only minimal supplies, which was accurate, there was not even a baking sheet.

Lovely stay for myself and colleagues in town for a conference. Excellent communication from host and easy stay.

We had an extended stay as a large family and traveled to the Orange County Convention Center for a volleyball tournament. The drive to the CC was manageable and traffic wasn't too bad. The location of the home was convenient when traveling to the grocery store. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the privacy and ease of having our own private pool. We did use the clubhouse/community pool one of the days we were there and the gradual depth was nice for the young toddler. The home was large and had many bathrooms which was very accommodating to our large group. We would stay in this home again.
