Gorgeous Family Home near DownTown, Riverwalk/Alamo.

We had a wonderful stay in this house, the house was great, clean and calm. Very comfortable for a family of 9.

Overall a nice stay. The pack and play for our baby was dirty and there were some splatters on a couple walls but the place seemed fairly clean other than that. The beds were kind of hard but they did have extra pillows in a closet and we appreciated that. The location was close to downtown which was very convenient. The host was friendly and helpful. They had snacks on the counter and waters in the fridge which was great for the first night.

I would have been great if there were foil and plastic wrap, or maybe some baggies.

This was a wonderful stay. I appreciated the communication with the host. I appreciated the supplies to start us off before we could get to the store. There were plenty of towels and bedding for our large group. The only area I rated less than 5 stars was the accuracy of pictures on VRBO. The living room has a glass table, but a different table was shown on the website. I was only concerned with this because we had toddlers traveling with us. I would gladly stay here again next time we visit San Antonio and highly recommend this place especially for families with young children.

The house was great. Very clean an accommodated 4 adults and 3 children very well. I would definitely recommend it if you are staying in the San Antonio area. Host was great to work with and very helpful.

Ice machine doesn’t work. Garbage disposal needs to be replaced. Some lights didn’t work or were burnt out. 3 Large two inch cockroaches, were killed.. Shower head in primary bathroom needs replacement. Overall this home is tired.

I traveled to San Antonio for my master’s degree graduation, and Carlos' home was the ideal choice for my family. The space was not only immaculate but also incredibly spacious. My toddler and 9-year-old had a blast with the games and enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Carlos was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay. I would absolutely book again for any future visits to San Antonio!

Nice clean house in fairly nice neighborhood. Comfortable. No more than 20 minutes from anywhere we went. Had a nice dinner with the roommate and her parents at steak Brazilian steak house on River Walk.

The place was nice and relaxing. Well Stocked. The communications with the manager was quick and easy.

This location was perfect! Close to downtown, the house was very clean, and had all amenities we needed even for our 1 year old! The owners were very quick to respond and accommodating! Highly recommend!
