Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at Haven. It has a very calming, cozy atmosphere to it but also has a lot of space. We were seven people and the house never once felt crowded. We were also all very impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked with quality pots/pans/dishware, etc. Lots of fun things to do here (ping pong and air hockey tables are in great condition), also many comfortable places to relax and only a short walk through a beautiful neighborhood to get to the beach. We hope to come back soon!

Fun features like the ping-pong table, foosball table and Airhocky were perfect. My kids joined me for setup, and played many games of hide and seek. Great! Well equipped kitchen and house over all. Would highly recommend.

Our family of 12 had a great stay here. Property was spotless & well stocked. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Location was great for walking to town and to the beach. Kitchen was the best stocked of any rental I have seen. Managed to cook multiple meals for our large group easily. The older members of our family were able to stay on the main floor and get around without difficulty. Really stellar rental, loved it for our group of adults & teens. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday!

Eight minute walk to the beach and eight minute walk to local shops in town. Plenty of space for our family of 10! We went north to Seaside for shopping, lunch at MO’s and tide pools. Hiking through Ecola State Park down to Indian Beach at sunset for pictures. and south to Rockaway to shop and Wheeler for crabbing and Tillamook for ice cream and Cape Meares to the light house and octopus tree. Great location to do plenty of fun things. Property managers were helpful! Only concerning thing was as we were packing up to leave on the last day, one of the two by sixes under the deck walkway stairs came loose and it was a bit disconcerting. But we found a rock and placed it under the 2 x 6 and the property manager was very understanding. The deck stairs need some refurbishing. But overall the home was lovely and clean!

We enjoyed our stay at this house (multi-generational stay with grandparents and small children). The home was clean, and while the layout is a little odd, there was tons of space and the house was full of activities. The Oregon coast is otherworldly and beautiful, and the home is really convenient to a series of beautiful places. The town itself was cute, and there were a good number of food and grocery options. We'd totally stay here again with a large party.

We loved our stay in this house. It was very clean and decorated so adorable! We loved all the games and the giant dining room table. Kitchen had everything we need to cook for our large group. We were very happy with our stay.

Plenty of room to share with a larger group. We enjoyed this house very much. It was beautiful decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Two blocks to downtown and a short drive to the beach access.

Family get together

This place was truly magical for a group of 12 adults finishing good to coast. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked, short walk to the beach and downtown!

I was hesitant about reserving Haven because I usually book houses with multiple reviews, but WOW! We had two families sharing the space with 5 kids ages 14 - 2 and everyone had a phenomenal time. The house was extremely comfortable, delightfully decorated, beds were perfect for us. There were towels, bedding, and pillows galore. All the appliances were great and the ice maker was a welcomed surprise. Huge shower in the bathroom by the front door. Countless bonuses like a wonderful firepit, 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and game tables - the ping pong table was used multiple times each day with plenty of supplies. You never know what kind of kitchen you will find in a rental but leave all your extra dishes and small appliances at home. This house had everything we needed for basic cooking, coffee pot, waffle maker, pots and pans. There was even enough things like dish detergent, foil, a box of ziploc bags, and spices and oils left by previous renters. But still an empty cupboard for us to put away all our food. The only downside for us was the distance to the beach - which we could clearly see when booking. It was such a quick drive down the hill and we never had trouble finding a spot right along the street to park, so we got over it not being walking distance for our group. There was no a/c which was noted in the listing but I was surprised to find an abundance of fans to use as needed. We didn't use the baby gear but saw it in the closets. WOW just WOW!

This is our 3rd year visiting Manzanita but 1st in this home. Wow, what a beautiful space! I love that they had a baby gate on the stairs, pack n plays, and fun game tables. It is a short walk to Manzanita’s Main Street and a quick walk to a quiet section of the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had an easy time cooking and eating together in the spacious kitchen and dining area. Even the neighbors were lovely and very friendly to us and our young kids.

The home has plenty of board games, fuse ball, air hockey and corn hole. It even has a fire pit. We will definitely be back.
