The Villa is close to the beach, shopping centre's, mountain walks and restaurants. Hout Bay is also an easy 20 minute drive to the city of Cape Town along a picturesque seaside drive.

The house has three double bedrooms and there is an extra room that can sleep 2 more. The kitchen is a fully fitted chefs kitchen and there are two fireplaces, one in the dining room and another in the lounge. There is wifi throughout the entire house.
