Stayed Dec 22, 2025All the conveniences of cooking utensils and dishes... this may be our first stay where we didn't have to purchase something extra for cooking! Mike was exceptional in communicating with us, which is always appreciated. The home was spacious and clean, which provided a comfortable stay for us all.

Mike, the owner, quick to respond to any inquiries. I am certain we will stay here again on our next visit to Maricopa AZ.

Stayed May 13, 2025My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Nice quiet neighborhood, good location close to amenities. A couple of cleanliness issues, nothing we couldn't resolve, just a few misses by the cleaning crew. The owner was great with quick responses to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay. I would book this place again!

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Our home in Oregon sold before our house in Maricopa was completed. We were on the fence about putting a pool in our new home so we decided to rent a house with a pool to see if we liked it. Love it! The house was just what we needed. Very close to everything to get us adjusted to the desert lifestyle. Plus the home was per friend for our 2 little pups. They sure enjoyed the back yard and a cooling dip on the pool. We will recommend this to any of our friends that want to come here.
