Gorgeous Custom Home With Breathtaking Mountain & City Light Views!

This house was amazing! Location was beautiful, loved looking out the windows at the city and the mountains. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Scottsdale as a family. We played games, swam in the pool, relaxed and took walks around the neighborhood and along trails into the mountains.

Great stay! John is an excellent host! The house is in a great location and a nice quiet community.

We really enjoyed our one week stay here. It was close to the all the venues we were interested in, restaurants and golf courses. The heated pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed, and everything was well equipped and easy. We would definitely consider staying here again

Recently retired, my spouse and I desired to spend extended time in Arizona in Spring 2023. We chose John's home and it did not disappoint. The gated community is on McDowell Mountain nearby hiking paths, golf courses, grocery stores, and fantastic restaurants. The house boosts many upgrades including massive primary bedroom with side office- 2 closets and incredible shower in main bathroom, 4 total bedrooms (3 with king size beds & 1 queen), work out room, spacious kitchen area with table, dining room with table for 8, fireplace and bar. There are 5 TVs and the internet worked great. Backyard has heated jacuzzi (included) and pool (minimal extra cost to heat in cooler months), firepit, grill and outdoor bar. However, the highlight is the amazing view over the valley and mountain since the home is at the highest point in the neighborhood. John was great with work with and pays attention to the details. Items provided are pool towels, golf clubs, tennis rackets, detergent, shampoo, to name a few. We definitely will be staying in this home on our future visits.

Terrific home for a family vacation. Open floor plan much appreciated for spending time with family. single level, beautiful floors worked well for my 87 year old mom and her walker. In contrast to other homes I have rented, during 5 day stay everything worked - no burned out light bulbs, jaccuzi that wouldn't jaccuzi, etc. had a few minor questions and the owner host is very responsive and helpful. A most enjoyable stay!

Pictures do NOT show how well detailed and manicured this property is. We are frequent travelers and this property ranks among the best! Big high-five to John and Kimberly for being such great hosts. We will return.

My family recently rented this property for the month of March. John was very helpful with our few requests. Kitchen is well equipped, comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels.

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation. The pool and spa worked beautifully. All the furniture, from beds to outdoor lounger, was extremely comfortable. The view + sunsets were stunning. Location is fabulous. Communication with the owners (John and Kimberly) was exceptional from booking to check out.
