Gorgeous Custom Home, 7 BR, 2 porches, steps to beach, heated pool, elevator

Great house! Great hosts!

Great location. Well stocked comfortable home. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds. Host responded quickly to any questions. Ice machine was great. The elevator was helpful especially for my parents. Enjoyed our Labor Day stay.

Property was not well maintained. Heavy mold in the ice-maker machine, terrible mold in the third floor bedroom bathrooms ceiling vents and plumbing fixtures, refrigerator that would not maintain proper cooling temperature.And if you're looking for a lobster pot you better bring your own.

We had a wonderful stay in SeasToday! The house was beautiful and well appointed! We made lots of great memories!

Everyone loved our vacation in Seas Today. It is homey and comfortable. The beach is a brief walk away with beautiful scenery. The shops and restaurants were a short drive away. The people we encountered on St. Simon’s Island were very friendly. We plan on coming back.

Our house comfortably slept 12 for our golf outing onSt Simons Island.Three great nights and we arfe multi year repeat guests.We plan on returning in 2026

This home was very nice for large groups

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved that every room had a bathroom and the kitchen was a comfortable meeting place for the extended family. We also loved that the house was only a block from the beach which was very pretty. Communication was great and checkin very easy and smooth. Definitely recommend for large family or group.

The house was great and well stocked with pots, pans, everything we need for our stay.

It was lovely and with that heated pool at this time. . .perfect. Only issue someone thought about was that the normal refrigerator wasn’t larger for the number of people that were allowed. Still, everyone truly enjoyed it!! Thanks.

Had a blast, spacious while being comfy and cozy for our entire family!

This spacious house is loaded with character. There was lost of room for our large party to all be together and plenty of spaces for smaller groups or individual privacy. We took the short walk to the beach several times for daytime play and nighttime stargazing. The kids loved the pool and the extra cost for heating it was well worth it. SSI is magical and East Beach is very relaxed. This was the perfect place for us.

Great house! There is plenty of room and it is beautifully decorated. Great location with a one minute walk to the beautiful beach. There is not a hot tub on the premise as mentioned. Maintenance was quick to respond to humidifier not working in one bedroom.

The house was huge and was able to fit our family of 16. Very close to the beach and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay

Gorgeous and unique property that provided ALL the amenities a big family needs for a great get together. The pictures on VRBO are great but everything is even better in person. I highly recommend this property and look forward to a future visit.

This beautifully designed and decorated home is spectacular. Wonderful layout for a large group - really comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. It's even better than the pictures!

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful beach house! The house is decorated very uniquely, lots of very pretty, antique furniture. Emily was wonderful to communicate with, and clearly cares about the house very much. Love that linens and towels were provided, house was also well stocked with others useful items. Short walk to the beach and the bunk house being seperate from the main house served us well, as we have 12 cousins under the age of 12 and it gets noisy

As a family we have been traveling to the beach for over 40 years. This was the nicest house we have ever stayed in. From the amazing design, to the beautiful decor, to the gracious host, every little thing was as good as it could be. We will definitely be back!
