Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was perfect for our group. Easy to get to and right by the overflow parking. Have stayed in several homes within the community, and Blackbird was the cleanest we’ve stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. A few more wash cloths per bathroom would have been desirable, but had plenty of the other linens. Very well maintained property and we enjoyed making memories with our family for the week!

The house is beautiful and we loved that every bedroom has a bathroom. The overflow lot is right next to the house, so was convenient for additional cars to park. Our kids loved swimming in the pool, paddle boarding and trips to get ice cream. The golf cart made it easy to get around too. The only callout is that floors looked clean but definitely left our glfeet dirty. However, I am sure that comes with the constant summer turnover. Overall, it was an awesome house and an incredible long weekend.

Non-functioning refrig ice maker bur we were provided with ice delivered daily.Problemgolf cart replaced promptly. House was immaculately clean. We had a wonderful vacation!

Our kids loved the top floor, as they were all able to sleep in the same room and had their own private movie room. It was great having connected bathrooms to each room and there was a ton of space for everyone in our party. Everything was very clean and the new feel of the house made the stay very enjoyable. There were a couple of small items that I know will be fixed with this being a new home, but overall a great stay and will stay again.

We loved that every room had its own bathroom so everyone had their own space. The location was perfect tucked back on a quiet street near the park. Already talking about coming back next summer!
