Stayed Sep 18, 2025The house was beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. The sunset view from the back porch was spectacular. Erin and Andy answered all my texts and promptly addressed and solved my small problem. The best result was my family wanting to do it again next year at that house. It was a perfect family weekend!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Overall it was a great hole ! Spacious, and great location ! Had a little trouble with some of the rooms not being finished with cleaning but Erin made it right by us so it was easy to overlook . The homes I beautiful and has tons of room ! Loved the inlet location

Stayed Oct 15, 2020We had a large group of four families and were easily able to sleep everyone comfortably. Great location, with or without kids, for a relaxing Maine getaway. The proximity to the riverside was great for the kids to play near the water without worrying about waves, yet it was a short walk across the street to the main beach. Location is awesome! Erin was great, and very thoughtful about how the house was equipped. The only hang-up we had, is that the house is broken into two rental listings and the VRBO info was a little misleading. One is for the whole house(3 floors), and the other is for just the two upper floors. We are already thinking about re-booking in the summer, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Stayed Jul 21, 2020This home has been completely remodeled and is gorgeous. The river in the back of the home was so picturesque. Proximity to the beach is just across the road. Erin always got back to us right away and made special cleaning accommodations for a family member. We would highly recommend any property of Erin’s. Thank you for a magical week with our kids and grandkids.
