Gorgeous Beach Home-(Across the Street from Beach)

The property was immaculately, decorated and well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment. Taking walks through the neighborhood was very pleasant. I felt very safe. My only suggestion would be to possibly update the backyard a little bit so that it can be used as a sunning area. I have marked it as a possible place for the future to visit.

The home was clean and well equipped. Paper products, dish and dishwasher soaps provided as well as laundry detergent.

Every thing was better than expected only thing i felt was weird was an offering envelope for a tip I did not tip I think the price was enough it’s weird that everyone wants tipped now for anything

Everything was as stated - the perfect place with a large enough table for a virtual scrapbooking retreat with friends! The host was very easy to work with and very responsive to communication. Thanks!

Clean, comfortable,close to beach access

The place was great. We had issues getting into the unit due to a problem with the lockbox. The garage door also wasn’t working correctly. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. We liked how close it was to the beach.

We enjoyed NSB. The house was perfect. Great location, well equipped and comfortable. Loved the fenced yard.

It was a great place.. the only thing was the metal chairs are not comfortable.. but everything else was great

We were able to do everything we had planned. Were able to enjoy some walks on the beach, eat out at some great restaurants, I was able to get in my exercise routine and walk our dog. Great time and weather.

I mean i wouldn’t say it was “gorgeous” its very dated but CLEAN. We were shocked that it was a duplex and the yard was disastrous ants heaven…however, growing sod near the beach is hard and expensive so I get it. The renters in the other unit were pleasant but had so many cars it made leaving hard. In no way does it sleep 7 (unless I misread that). Excellent water pressure but dry the towels twice because I think the dryer is on the way out. The beds werent the most comfortable Ive slept on but they served their purpose. My only safety concern is the living room area rug. 3 times it slipped when walked on and we each fell. Eventually moving the couch leg on it. I smelled cat urine in the living room but no one else did so maybe I was going crazy! Id definitely stay again for the location.
