Gorgeous 5bd/3bath Eugene home with Hot tub!! 5 minute walk to University!!

Max is an outstanding host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and was extremely clean. In addition, the kitchen is very well stocked. If you are visiting in the hot weather, please know that the basement gets very cold when the air conditioner is on.

If you are visiting the University of Oregon, great location!! The owner was very responsive. We had to use all three floors for sleeping. The upstairs was very warm and nothing we did was able to cool off the bedrooms up there. Also, was disappointed that parking in front of house was limited to two hours during the day. We ended up playing musical chairs with the rental cars.

This home feels like home! We had family come in from out of state and we all met up in Eugene! From spending time out front throwing the football around to nights by the fire, it was perfect! Maxwell was readily available and quick to respond to all questions.

I'd highly recommend this house - everything was as described and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was very well stocked and we really appreciated all of the special touches including the towels for each guest folded on the beds and the water bottles in the rooms. We had a large group of family and friends stay here for the high school state meet. It is conveniently located close to Hayward Field and in the heart of Eugene. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are couches and space for more sleeping arrangements. Thanks for the great stay!

If you're looking for a nice, safe home a few blocks from UofO, then this is a good place to start! Maxwell is an excellent host and you'll be in good hands!

We have stayed this property for the last two years with our club volleyball team on tournament weekends. Its a perfect space to prepare meals and can sleep the whole team comfortably. The owner of the property is very prompt with any questions we had about check in. Thank you for another great stay!

We had such a lovely weekend staying in this home! The location is wonderful! Just blocks from campus. The layout of the home was wonderful for our family of 6, and the home is much larger than it looks from the photos. So much space for everyone to spread out, but we still enjoyed dinners together and loved the fact that we could park our car and walk to brunch, arenas, etc. Communication with the property manager was easy and delightful. We can't wait to come back to Eugene again and stay in this property!

Upon arriving we were excited and eager to get inside out of the pouring rain and explore the house. We are a family of 12 who had not only our luggage, we were setting up our family's Christmas.

This house was the perfect place for a girls getaway. We shopped in Eugene and then enjoyed the home. There was more than enough space for all 8 of us. The house is so charming and the host is extremely responsive, we had a lovely stay.

Great place, great time. Everything that you need. The only downside for us was we couldn’t get the backyard gas firepit to work and we had to buy a propane tank because the two provided were both empty.

Our family spent the weekend to take part in the Cooper the Dog Softball Tournament in Junction City. Perfect location to get to the games and back to enjoy and relax in all the amenities the home had to offer. Everything was perfect, neat, comfortable and spotless.

We had 10 family members staying in this beautiful home for our daughter’s graduation! There was plenty of space for everyone and we really enjoyed the back deck! The neighborhood is beautiful and we were able to walk to campus and local restaurants!

The house is spacious, comfortable, and an excellent location to Hayward. The kitchen and dining space is comfortable for a group for cooking and eating in. The hot tub was out of commission when we were there, but we were given notice of this issues and appropriately refunded.
