Gorgeous 5 BDR/ 4BA in Logan Square w/Parking!

It had enough rooms to accommodate our family!! Quiet neighborhood and very comfortable beds!! We had a great time and would stay there again!

Clean home with plenty of shared space. The host was responsive and flexible in allowing us to drop bags off early given our scheduling challenges of an early flight arrival and needing to get to an afternoon baseball game.

SO MUCH SPACE and plenty of areas to feel private but also great social spaces for large groups.

Overall, Maria’s place was a good fit for our large multifamily group. We enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and appreciated the large common areas to be able to hang out all together. There has been a little wear and tear on the house (most likely from previous renters), which didn’t impact our stay but made the house seem a little different from the photos. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and we had no issues with the provided items except missing coffee cups. Appreciated the timely communication and easy check in process!

The house worked great for our large group of 6 adults and 5 kids. When I read one of the rules was to take off shoes inside house, I was expecting something different than we found. The walls were scuffed, the rugs were rolled, plaster patches on the wall, etc. When we asked for more coffee cups ( there were only 3), we were told that someone would bring them over. We never received any more cups. The garage might have been a 2 car garage but only 1 minivan fit and barely. There was abundant space but getting what we thought we were getting was not in the cards, I guess.

While in Chicago for the first time we stayed at this location. It served its purpose and looks just like the pictures but it could use a few upgrades: in the kitchen the pots and pans need to be updated. Several were rusted and not usable at all. Downstairs it seemed like the renovations weren’t done yet or they were planning on making another bedroom? The layout was very odd. The girls did find some ants down there as well but throughout the house it seemed they didn’t clean very well. It was dusty and floor was dirty. On the bright side though all the restrooms had full size shampoo and conditioners along with body wash. And when we did contact Maria during our trip she quickly fixed the issue. It is a good house but could be a great one with fixing just a few things.

Overall our stay was so so great! The area of the house was nice, quiet and safe. One thing I would say is that there were ants so we had to make sure to not leave anything around. The host was very responsive and helpful! Other than that the city was close by and there was a lot of shops/ restaurants walking distance too.

Our family of 13 rented the house for a funeral. It was perfect . Roomy, clean , and great location. Everything was in close proximity. Would book again. Maria was amazing and very responsive! Thank you!

We had a great time staying in this five-bedroom near Chicago. It was a great launching point each day for all of our activities.We cooked an entire Thanksgiving-style meal and had almost everything we needed (we brought our own baking pans). There was a little bit of a discrepancy between the online listing and the instructions in the house, but the listing owner was very responsive and understanding.

We really like staying at this house near the end of the Hood canal, a lovely place to wade, kayak, and get away.

We booked this house when our condo downtown was cancelled less than 24 hours before our arrival. We were visiting my niece who moved to Chicago 4 years ago. The owners were very accommodating with allowing us to check in early (with a fee). My aunt, mom, and sister drove to Chicago, so having the off street parking was a huge plus. But what we loved most about the house was how homey it felt. My niece and her boyfriend was also able to stay with us because there were plenty of rooms. This saved us on a ton of time. The only real down was that I spent a small fortune on Ubers to get everywhere because of the location. And I don't know if that is a negative truly because the neighborhood was so beautiful.
