Our guests have access to our entire home with the exception of the following:

Soak in the 8-person spa with a beautiful waterfall feature. This is also a perfect area for star gazing. There is an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ grill, with a side burner and outdoor sink with running water.
*Pool heat is available for an additional $50/day.
Spa heat is available at no charge.

Patio has outdoor furniture that sits beneath a large ceiling fan. It also has electronic extendable 10' awning and Sonos Surround sound.

Kitchen -granite countertops. Brand new SMART Cafe Oven and Microwave with Broil/Bake/Air Fry capabilities. Cafe Refrigerator with Ice Dispenser. Reverse osmosis and water softener for perfect drinking water.

Family Room- couch with 2-piece leather furniture with reclining and phone charging capabilities. Ceiling fan, Gas fireplace and 85 4K Samsung smart TV. Small open/closeable dog door allows your pet to enter/exit the side of the home in a lighted area.

Living Room- Extra-large sectional sofa for entertaining a large family with recline capabilities and phone charging. Ceiling fan, electric fireplace and 85 Samsung SMART 4K TV with SONOS sound bar.

Master bedroom- Overlooks the preserve and you can walk out into the backyard or pool area. 1 King adjustable bed with vibration/lighting. Ceiling fan. 85 Samsung 4k Smart TV, 2 large dressers, 2 nightstands with charging capabilities.

Master bathroom -Large Soaking tub. Walk in shower. Private room for toilet. 2 countertops with separate sinks, cabinets. Huge walk-in closet for all your clothes.

3 Guest Bedrooms-
*1 with king-sized adjustable bed and vibration capability, 55 Samsung 4K Smart TV. Large dresser and ceiling fan.
*2 with queen-sized adjustable beds and vibration capability, 55 4K Samsung Smart TVs and ceiling fans.

Office- large desk and wall cabinet allows work to be done while adjacent to the family in the living room. Room has chandelier and solar tube light.

2 car garage with extra storage available. (Please note, single garage is locked and not available for guests).

Front/Backyard/door security camera surveillance is used to monitor the property when it is vacant. Privacy will be maintained.

Backyard has fine mesh snake fencing to protect pets from chance encounters of wildlife.
